本实用新型提供了一种静脉采血自动换管机，是在机架内设置一电机带动的升降螺杆，该螺杆外设有与其螺纹配合的滑块，滑块通过导位杆限定作上下移动；在滑块外设有转动体，转动体上部设有试管转盘，在转盘边缘设有试管卡槽；在转动体下部设有棘轮，在棘轮下部的转动体外设有摆杆，在摆杆和机架壁上均设有与棘轮相配合的拨爪；摆轮外端与机架壁之间设有拉簧；在与试管卡槽相对应的上板上设有胶塞穿刺针；在机架内设有电路控制板和试管自动检测报警装置。本使用新型具有结构简单、实用，容易操作，解决了静脉采血过程中的自动换管问题，提高了采血人员工作质量和工作效率，适用于医院静脉真空采血。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器件，尤其是指一种静脉采血自动换管机。
背景技术
目前，医院采血人员在进行静脉采血操作时，特别是用真空采血系统进行采血的过程中，由于是多管采血，在操作时既需要监控病人的反应，又要换管及摇匀，对采血人员的操作技术要求很高。还会因操作不好发生摇匀时不均匀、不充分造成凝血及其它失误。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作容易的一种静脉采血自动换管机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取了下述的技术方案：一种静脉采血自动换管机，包括形机架，所述的机架设有上板和下板，在上板和下板之间设有升降螺杆，该螺杆上端与设置在上板上的电机连接，下端与下板之间动连接；在升降螺杆上设有滑块，滑块与升降螺杆之间螺纹配合；在上板和下板之间固设有至少1条导位杆穿过滑块；在滑块外设有转动体，在转动体上部设有试管转盘，该试管转盘上部边缘均布设有多个试管卡槽；在转动体下部设有棘轮；在棘轮下部的转动体外设有摆杆，在摆杆和机架壁上均设有与棘轮相配合的拨爪；摆轮外端与机架壁之间设有拉簧；在与试管卡槽相对应的上板上设有胶塞穿刺针；在机架内设有电路控制板和试管自动检测报警装置。
所述的电机以采用直流电机为佳。
本实用新型具有结构简单、实用，容易操作，解决了静脉采血过程中的自动换管问题，提高了采血人员工作质量和工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
如图1、图2中所示，本实用新型的静脉采血自动换管机，包括形机架1，机架1设有上板11和下板12，在上板11和下板12之间设有升降螺杆2，该升降螺杆2上端与设置在上板11上的直流电机3连接，下端与下板12之间动连接；在升降螺杆2上设有滑块4，滑块4与升降螺杆2之间螺纹配合；在上板11和下板12之间固设有二条导位杆5穿过滑块4；在滑块4外设有转动体6，在转动体6上部设有试管转盘61，该试管转盘61边缘均布设有多个试管卡槽611；在转动体6下部设有棘轮62；在棘轮62下部的转动体6外设有摆杆7，在摆杆7和机架1壁上均设有与棘轮62相配合的拨爪8；摆轮7外端与机架1壁之间设有拉簧9；在与试管卡槽611相对应的上板11上设有胶塞穿刺针10；在机架1内设有控制电路板和试管自动检测报警装置。
本实用新型具体为半自动操作，适用于软连接式采血针，具体使用时，首先在试管转盘61的试管卡槽611上，装上根据需要检测项目的真空采血管数支，手动拨动试管转盘61，使第一只管位于胶塞穿刺针10的正下方，将静脉针插入人体静脉血管，当回血充满导管，然后启动本实用新型电源，第一只管在滑块4带动下向上移动，直到其胶塞被胶塞穿刺针10刺穿，由于管内负压的作用，血液自动流入试管；当第一支管采血至断线时，护士按一下换管按钮，试管在滑块4带动下下移并脱离胶塞穿刺针10，下移至一定位置后，试管转盘61作转动，使第二支管位于胶塞穿刺针10正下方，然后第二支试管重复上述操作进行采血；依此类推，完成全部管的采血；在最后试管采血完毕时，机器通过试管检测装置检测到后面没有采血管时会自动报警，提醒护士将针头从静脉中拔出，让导管内余血全部流入试管内，完成采血过程。

1.一种静脉采血自动换管机，包括形机架(1)，其特征是：所述的机架(1)设有上板(11)和下板(12)，在上板(11)和下板(12)之间设有升降螺杆(2)，该升降螺杆(2)上端与设置在上板(11)上的电机(3)连接，下端与下板(12)之间动连接；在升降螺杆(2)上设有滑块(4)，滑块(4)与升降螺杆(2)之间螺纹配合；在上板(11)和下板(12)之间固设有至少1条导位杆(5)穿过滑块(4)；在滑块(4)外设有转动体(6)，在转动体(6)上部设有试管转盘(61)，该试管转盘(61)上部边缘均布设有多个试管卡槽(611)；在转动体(6)下部设有棘轮(62)；在棘轮(62)下部的转动体(6)外设有摆杆(7)，在摆杆(7)和机架(1)壁上均设有与棘轮(62)相配合的拨爪(8)；摆轮(7)外端与机架(1)壁之间设有拉簧(9)；在与试管卡槽(611)相对应的上板(11)上设有胶塞穿刺针(10)；在机架(1)内设有控制电路板和试管自动检测报警装置。
