现有的流体输送泵多为离心泵,其叶轮结构有闭式叶轮和开式叶轮两种,但现有流体输送的主要问题是物料和叶轮必须接触,致使叶轮磨损大,而且汽蚀现象严重,造成离心泵的泵壳和叶轮表面严重磨损,特别是物料中含有硬度高的固体颗粒时,这种现象更加突出,导致输送高粘度、高浓度的物料效率较低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种减少泵的零件磨损,减轻汽蚀量,用于输送高粘度、高浓度、高硬度物料的泵用叶轮。它包括叶轮,其特征在于所述的叶轮为两个相互平行而且有一定间隔的圆盘,所述的相互平行的圆盘之间有连接臂连接,所述的圆盘上有凸肋,所述的圆盘可以为任意多个。
采用上述结构,因边界层流效应,圆盘叶轮在圆盘内表面产生拖动力,从而拖动物料流动,减少叶轮磨损,减轻泵的汽蚀量,解决了高浓度、高粘度、高硬度物料输送的难题。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,将现有的离心泵叶轮更换成圆盘叶轮即可。壳体可以设计成同心壳体,泵出口在壳体圆的切线上。在外力作用下,通过连接臂2连接成一体的两个相互平行的圆盘1同时旋转,使圆盘叶轮得到动能,传递给圆盘叶轮之间的物料,使之流动,再至出口出去。圆盘1的内表面上可以加装凸肋3,以增加磨擦力。
