背景技术
目前在制冷设备中的换热器是依靠圆盘管的管壁外侧的散热翅片将管内介质的热量与外界的空气交换达到散热的目的,但是这样换热器的热交换能力较差,无法满足高效制冷的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中换热器所存在的问题,提供一种高效换热器。本实用新型设计一种高效换热器,包括翅片、盘管,其特征在于:盘管为横截面为扁平孔,孔截面的两端为圆弧边,两边为直线边,扁平孔的盘管内有内圆管,扁平孔的盘管内有波纹片,波纹片的边与扁平孔的盘管内壁相接触,扁平孔的盘管内有隔肋,隔肋的边与扁平孔的盘管内壁相接触。本实用新型的优点是能大大提高换热器的换热效力。

图中包括翅片1、盘管2,其特征在于:盘管2为横截面为扁平孔,孔截面的两端为圆弧边,两边为直线边,扁平孔的盘管内有内圆管3;扁平孔的盘管2内有波纹片4,波纹片4的边与扁平孔的盘管2内壁相接触;扁平孔的盘管2内有隔肋5,隔肋5的边与扁平孔的盘管2内壁相接触。在扁平孔的盘管2内的介质较至圆管能更有效地散发热量,从而大大提高换热器的换热效力。
