Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种卧轴双喷嘴斜击式水轮机,它包括机壳、喷嘴以及机壳内的转轮,喷嘴口对准转轮叶片的一侧,机壳上还加装一个喷嘴,这个喷嘴口对准的转轮叶片相对应的另一侧。本实用新型接受两套喷嘴系统喷射出来的水流作功,充分发挥转轮各部分叶片的作用,使水轮机过流量增加一倍,发电量也相应增加一倍,提高了经济效率。适用于水电站水能发电的专用设备。

本实用新型属于一种水能发电装置。
                              背景技术
目前,现有斜击式水轮机是由机壳、喷咀以及机壳内的转轮构成,喷咀口对准转轮叶片的一侧,喷咀口中的压力水以22.5度的斜角喷向水轮机转轮叶片,推动转轮旋转作功,发电。这种水轮机叶片大小是有一定尺寸限度的,也就是说对应某一水头条件的单喷咀水轮机,它只能通过某一数值流量,发出某一数值的最大的电量,从喷咀出来的水柱只冲向水轮机转轮的一侧叶片,而另一侧叶片并未被充分利用。
                              发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种接受两套喷咀系统喷射出来的水流作功,充分发挥转轮各部份叶片的作用,使水轮机过流量增加一倍,发电量也相应增加一倍的卧轴双喷咀斜击式水轮机。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是一种卧轴双喷咀斜击式水轮机,它包括机壳、喷咀以及机壳内的转轮,喷咀口对准转轮叶片的一侧,机壳上还加装一个喷咀,这个喷咀口对准的转轮叶片相对应的另一侧。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型进一步扩大了斜击式水轮机的体积小、过流量大的优势,在制造成本增加相对较少的情况下,使机组的发电量增加一倍,在电站的设备购置费用相对降低;同时发电设备的占用面积较小,节省了基建投资费用和人员管理方面的费用;由于斜击水轮机转轮的特性,当通过流量接近于该叶片的可通过最大流量时,机组的效率最高,而流量处于最大流量一半左右,效率就有较大幅度降低,所以在枯水期时,利用双喷咀水轮机开启一个喷咀发电,比装一个较大型单喷咀机组而只开一半流量发电时,效率要高些,因此经济效率也高。

                        具体实施方式
附图所示的卧轴双喷咀斜击式水轮机是由机壳2、喷咀1以及机壳2内的转轮3组成,喷咀1口对准转轮3叶片的一侧,机壳2上还加装另外一个喷咀4,这个喷咀4口对准的转轮3叶片相对应的另一侧。

1、一种卧轴双喷咀斜击式水轮机,它包括机壳(2)、喷咀(1)以及机壳(2)内的转轮(3),喷咀(1)口对准转轮(3)叶片的一侧,其特征是所述的机壳(2)上还加装另一个喷咀(4),这个喷咀(4)口对准的转轮(3)叶片相对应的另一侧。
