通过改进后的齿轮与相应的普通齿轮相比,其轮齿的挠度大,弹性变形大。其轮齿根部有一圆弧槽,并与等强度梁曲线相切。可使各种影响偏载因素得到更多的补偿,载荷分布更加均匀,动载荷,噪音减小,重叠系数增大,承载能力大于相应的普通齿轮,并可允许加工精度稍低,它适用于大传动比、较低速度和重载传动;更适于行星齿轮、少齿差和多轴传动。可提高可靠性和延长寿命,提高传动效率。

本发明属于机械领域的一种高效齿轮。
技术背景:普通齿轮的传动系有啮合偏差的弹性质量系统,实际上从几何、运动、动力学上都相当程度地偏离了共轭条件和理想的啮合情形,对传动精度、平稳性、可靠性和承载能力影响颇大。主要表现为:(a)使轮齿接触位置、长度改变,形成偏载甚至一端接触、局部载荷以及应力大大增加。(b)由于啮合过程的非共轭性,甚至使连续变成断续,引起角速度变化、噪音、震动和动载荷。为实现均载,专家们作出了一些方案,如减薄齿缘、修整轮齿、改变齿形、齿高、改变结构布置等,但均未取得很满意的结果。
实用新型内容:本发明的任务是在轮齿共轭曲面和强度不变的条件下,尽可能地增加轮齿的高度,使其接近理想的啮合状态。〔1〕齿根非工作部分加工一圆弧槽〔5〕此槽边缘由直线〔3〕和圆弧〔4〕组成,并与按等强度原则确定的曲线〔2〕相切或接近相切。这样,虽然其工作部分共轭曲面及高度不变,但总的齿高则大大增加,致使在同样条件受载时,总的挠度比相应的轮齿大得多,从而显著减小了各种啮合误差的影响。就按啮合角20°标准渐开线齿形,重叠系数可达到2。其结果是载荷分布更加均匀,局部最大接触应力与弯曲应力都相应下降,提高了齿轮的承载能力和可靠性。这种齿轮不仅适用于较大载荷、大传动比、较低速度的齿轮传动和齿条传动,而且更适于多轴传动、行星齿轮传动和少齿差传动。
