本实用新型涉及一种能够自动提升打包箱箱体的多油缸液压打包机。
                        背景技术
现有的打包机在其压板下均设置有打包箱体，打包前需合上包箱，放入要打包的物品，如烟叶；打完包时需要人工打开箱体，将打好的包取出，然后再打下一个包，这样重复劳动，增强了劳动量，带来了许多不必要的麻烦，虽然有一种打包车在打包机外将需要打包的物品装填好，再推到打包机上进行打包，能够方便生产，但是其劳动效率仍然很低，劳动量仍然很大。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种能够提高劳动效率、减轻劳动量、自动化程度高的多油缸液压打包机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括打包机机体、固定在打包机机体上的液压油缸、固定在液压油缸液压杆上的上压板、打包机机体下部的下压板，在上压板和下压板之间设置有与上压板和下压板相配合的活动打包箱箱体，活动打包箱箱体与打包机机体上的液压油缸的液压杆相连接。
本实用新型具有结构简单、经济实用、可明显提高劳动效率、减轻劳动量、自动化程度高的优点。

                     具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括打包机机体1、固定在打包机机体1上的液压油缸2、固定在液压油缸液压杆3上的上压板4、打包机机体1下部的下压板5，在上压板4和下压板5之间设置有与上压板4和下压板5相配合的活动打包箱箱体6，活动打包箱箱体6与打包机机体1上的液压油缸7的液压杆8相连接，即成为双缸提箱装置，与上压板4相连接的液压油缸为主油缸，与活动打包箱箱体6相连接的液压油缸为提箱油缸，当上压板4压到所需位置时，提箱油缸带动箱架把活动打包箱箱体提起落下，提箱油缸可以为两个小油缸，两个小油缸的液压杆应保证垂直于地面。活动打包箱箱体6上设置有行程开关。机体1由上、下框架和立柱组成。
上述各个液压油缸作为执行元件可设置在同一液压供油系统中，液压供油系统由油箱、油泵、溢流阀、换向阀、滤油器组成。

1、一种多油缸液压打包机，包括打包机机体(1)、固定在打包机机体(1)上的液压油缸(2)、固定在液压油缸液压杆(3)上的上压板(4)、打包机机体(1)下部的下压板(5)，其特征在于：在上压板(4)和下压板(5)之间设置有与上压板(4)和下压板(5)相配合的活动打包箱箱体(6)，活动打包箱箱体(6)与打包机机体(1)上的液压油缸(7)的液压杆(8)相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多油缸液压打包机，其特征在于：上述各个液压油缸可设置在同一液压供油系统中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种多油缸液压打包机，其特征在于：活动打包箱箱体(6)上设置有行程开关。
