Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种防烫型水嘴陶瓷阀芯，就是在普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯的基础上进行了改进，即在支架的侧边嵌入支架挡块，在阀体内侧壁嵌入阀体挡块，两挡块相互配合。在调节水温的过程中，两挡块之间形成两个挡位，从而限制手柄向热水边的转动，使混合水的温度不能一下子就达到最高热水边的温度，达到防烫的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种属于水暖器材技术领域的防烫型水嘴陶瓷阀芯。
背景技术
通常在国内外市场上大量销售的单柄双控陶瓷阀芯，密封水嘴的关键部件是由(见图1)拨杆1、支架3、拨盘6、动阀片7、阀体10等组成。通过拨动或转动拨杆1，带动支架3及拨盘6和动阀片7随之移动或转动。在开关打开状态下转动时，阀芯手柄在冷水边和热水边之间旋转，以实现调节出水温度的目的。
通常单柄双控陶瓷阀芯在调节混合水温度时，拨杆带动支架与阀体进行相对转动，在冷水边和热水边之间的转动过程中手柄所需力矩基本上是衡定的，由于转动时手的力度不易掌握，特别是首次使用，在不知道热水边位置时，很容易一下子就开到热水边的极限位置。此时出水温度即为热水温度，当热水温度高于人体舒适度或更高时，接触水的皮肤就感到不适甚至被烫伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供的一种防烫型水嘴陶瓷阀芯，用挡位限制转动位置，达到防烫的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的：本实用新型是在普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯的基础上进行了改进，即在支架3的侧边嵌入支架挡块13，在阀体10内侧壁嵌入阀体挡块14，两挡块相互配合。
在调节水温的过程中，两挡块之间形成两个挡位，从而限制手柄向热水边的转动，使混合水的温度不能一下子就达到最高热水边的温度，达到防烫的目的。如果需要手柄转到热水边极限位置，则向手柄加力，当力矩达到一定值并超过两挡块之间的阻力时，就可跳过挡位而达到热水边极限位置。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示，本实用新型包括普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯、支架挡块和阀体挡块，其中普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯由拨杆1、小轴2、支架3、润滑套4、润滑片5、拨盘6、动阀片7、定阀片8、内密封垫9、阀体10，底座外胶垫11和底座12组成，其特征在于在支架3的侧边嵌入支架挡块13，在阀体10内侧壁嵌入阀体挡块14，两挡块相互配合。在调节水温的过程中，两挡块之间形成两个挡位，使混合水的温度不能一下子就达到最高热水边的温度，达到防烫的目的。

1、一种防烫型水嘴陶瓷阀芯，包括普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯、支架挡块和阀体挡块，其中普通单柄双控陶瓷阀芯由拨杆(1)、小轴(2)、支架(3)、润滑套(4)、润滑片(5)、拨盘(6)、动阀片(7)、定阀片(8)、内密封垫(9)、阀体(10)，底座外胶垫(11)和底座(12)组成，其特征在于在支架(3)的侧边嵌入支架挡块(13)，在阀体(10)内侧壁嵌入阀体挡块(14)，两挡块相互配合，两挡块之间形成挡位。
