技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能利用装置,具体涉及一种太阳能蒸馏水发生装置。
背景技术
目前太阳能技术已广泛适用于各领域,如太阳能热水器等。太阳能热水器只能将水加热,不能净化并收集蒸馏水。对于需要取蒸馏水的场所,如实验室、海水淡化、污水净化等地方,尚没有相应的太阳能装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种太阳能蒸馏水发生装置,以解决上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为:太阳能蒸馏水发生器包括太阳能收集器,与太阳能收集器连接的导热管,导热管与蒸馏水发生收集容器连接,蒸馏水发生收集容器包括容器壳体,容器壳体内设蒸馏水发生腔,蒸馏水发生腔内设导热板,导热板与导热管连接;容器壳体内还设蒸馏水收集腔,蒸馏水收集腔上端开口与蒸馏水发生腔上端开口相通。
该太阳能蒸馏水发生器充分利用太阳能,其结构简单,安全方便。适用于实验室、海水淡化厂、净化水厂等地方。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,太阳能收集器1包括太阳能收集板1.1,太阳能收集板1.1设在隔热的容器1.2中。导热管2与太阳能收集板1.1连接,导热管2的另一段与蒸馏水发生收集容器连接。本太阳能蒸馏水发生器所用的太阳能收集器为多个。
如图2所示,蒸馏水发生收集容器4包括容器壳体5,容器壳体5设蒸馏水发生腔6,蒸馏水发生腔6内设导热板7,导热板7与导热管2连接。蒸馏水发生腔6的腔壁6.1上设保温层8。蒸馏水发生腔6的下壁6.2开设进水孔10、滤杂孔11。容器壳体5内还设蒸馏水收集腔9。蒸馏水收集腔9的腔壁9.1上开设出水孔12。容器壳体5上开设卸压孔13、溢流孔14。蒸馏水收集腔9上端开口15与蒸馏水发生腔6上端开口16相通。
如图3所示,蒸馏水发生腔6内设两排导热板7,导热管2平行的与导热板7连接。
容器壳体5上的卸压孔13保证当容器内的蒸汽压力过高时释放压力,保证容器的安全。溢流孔14保证蒸馏水发生腔6的水位与容器内的水位不至于高出蒸馏水发生腔6口。

1、一种太阳能蒸馏水发生器,它包括太阳能收集器,与太阳能收集器连接的导热管,其特征在于导热管与蒸馏水发生收集容器连接,蒸馏水发生收集容器包括容器壳体,容器壳体内设蒸馏水发生腔,蒸馏水发生腔内设导热板,导热板与导热管连接;容器壳体内还设蒸馏水收集腔,蒸馏水收集腔与蒸馏水发生腔隔开,蒸馏水收集腔上端开口与蒸馏水发生腔上端开口相通。
2、如权利要求1所述太阳能蒸馏水发生器,其特征在于蒸馏水发生腔的腔壁上设保温层。
3、如权利要求1所述太阳能蒸馏水发生器,其特征在于蒸馏水发生腔的下壁开设进水孔和/或滤杂孔。
4、如权利要求1所述太阳能蒸馏水发生器,其特征在于蒸馏水收集腔的腔壁上开设出水孔。
