技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种卤素红外线加热灯,尤其是电极和电源线融熔连接的卤素红外线加热灯。
背景技术
目前,卤素红外线加热灯由石英玻管、钨丝和钼导杆电极组成,加热灯管腔内充有卤素和惰性气体,钼导杆电极和电源线连接。但是,现有技术电极和电源线连接,一般采用机械性轧夹,而机械性轧夹接触点电阻较大,当加热灯功率较大时,电流通过电极与电源线连接点便会发热,逐渐发生氧化,氧化后的连接点电阻变大,电流通过时发热温度升高,最后连接点产生电弧导致灯管烧毁,加热灯失效,产生废品。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决上述问题,旨在提供一种电极和电源线蚀熔连接的加热灯。本实用新型设计电极和电源线融熔连接的卤素红外线加热灯,采用的技术方案是:先将电极钼导杆和电源线铜丝穿入不锈钢套管内进行冲压,且使铜丝与钼导杆外露1-1.5mm,然后用氩弧焊焊接机进行焊接,在约0.1秒的时间内,使三种不同金属融熔成为一体,其熔焊后的融接点电阻趋向於极小。本实用新型的优点是当加热灯功率较大时,电流通过电极和电源线连接点时,连接点不发热,不氧化,从而提高了加热灯的安全性、可靠性和产品合格率。
本实用新型钨丝电阻体线圈绕制成截面为八角形结构,电阻体的八个尖角可与石英玻管内壁支撑固定,且可通过电阻体长度拉伸调整,增加灯管热辐射面积,本实用新型用镀铂金箔取代通常的钽箔,作钼箔和钼导杆封接的过渡材料,故触点电阻极小,致密性提高,本实用新型采用惰性气体为氪、氩、氮混合气体,故灯管能增强卤钨循环,提高加热灯使用寿命,本实用新型采用喷砂法取代氟化法,对石英玻管进行喷砂雾面处理,故灯管光辐射为漫反射,可视光线柔和,且喷砂法进行雾面处理,避免了氟化法氢氟酸对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
图1中,在石英玻管1上,置有喷砂雾面9,管腔3内充有卤化物和惰性气体,钼箔封接片5一端和钨丝电阻体2连接,另一端和钼导杆6相连,且采用镀铂金箔4、4a作封接的过渡材料,钼导杆6和电源线8合置在不锈钢套管10中,氩弧焊焊接成蚀接点11,其特征在于:钼导杆6和电源线8合置在不锈钢套管10中进行冲压,然后用氩弧焊焊机进行焊接,使三种不同金属瞬时熔为一体,其熔焊后融接点11的电阻趋向於极小,电流通过融接点11时,不会发热氧化,提高了加热灯的安全性、可靠性和产品合格率。
图2中,石英玻管1的管腔3内,钨丝电阻体2的截面为八角形。
本实用新型所述的卤素红外线加热灯外形可以是C型、U型、双管联体型、Ω型,如图3-图6所示,加热灯结构紧凑,占用空间小,便于安装使用,应用领域广泛。

1、卤素红外线加热灯,包括石英玻管、钨丝电阻体、钼箔封接片、钼导杆、镀铂金箔、卤化物、惰性气体,其特征在于:电极和电源线融熔连接,
2、按权利要求1所述的卤素红外线加热灯,其特征在于:钨丝电阻体线圈截面,绕制成八角形,
3、按权利要求1所述的卤素红外线加热灯,其特征在于:钼箔和钼导杆封接过渡材料,采用镀铂金箔,
4、按权利要求1所述的卤素红外线加热灯,其特征在于:惰性气体采用氪、氩、氮混合气,
5、按权利要求1所述的卤素红外线加热灯,其特征在于:石英玻管进行喷砂雾面处理。
6、按权利要求1所述的卤素红外线加热灯,其特征在于:加热灯外形可以是C型、或U型、或双管联体型、或Ω型。
