本实用新型公开了一种超五类信息模块,包括一绝缘外壳,设置在绝缘外壳内的八根金属导线,其中六金属导线分为三组,各组内两导线交叉相邻;所述另外两金属导线分别位于三组导线之间,且与相邻组中的一导线相邻。所述各组内两导线交叉处呈X状。由于本实用新型通过采用各组两导线交叉相邻形成电容,同时又与另外相邻的导线形成电感的排布方式放入绝缘外壳中,从而有效地消除了噪音,使信息模块的性能达到超五类的标准。另外,由于八根导线采用材料一样且外形不同的金属导线加工而成,有效地避免了因在界电常数不同物体之间的转换而带来插损性能降低的缺点,同时,加工工艺也十分简单。

本实用新型涉及一种超五类信息模块,具体说是涉及一种超五类信息模块的改进技术。
背景技术
目前,人们常用的超五类信息模块是由一个8P8C接口、电路板、接线端子、连线组成。采用电路板连接的信息模块存在两方面缺点:其一是电路板连接的信息模块因为涉及到界电常数不同物体之间的转换,势必带来插损性能的降低;其二是电路板连接的信息模块在消除噪音方面主要在电路板上采用一些噪音消除技术,这种技术对电路板的界电参数、布置的铜箔厚度与宽度都有较高的要求,使整个产品的工艺控制变得复杂化。如何提供一种拥有较好的插损性能且生产工艺简单的超五类信息模块,一直为人们所追求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有较好的插损性能且生产工艺简单的超五类信息模块。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来得以实现。
一种超五类信息模块,包括一绝缘外壳,设置在绝缘外壳内的八根金属导线,其特征在于:其中六金属导线分为三组,各组内两导线交叉相邻;所述另外两金属导线分别位于三组导线之间,且与相邻组中的一导线相邻。
所述各组内两导线交叉处呈X状。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
由于本实用新型通过采用各组两导线交叉相邻形成电容,同时又与另外相邻的导线形成电感的排布方式放入绝缘外壳中,从而有效地消除了噪音,使信息模块的性能达到超五类的标准。另外,由于八根导线采用材料一样且外形不同的金属导线加工而成,有效地避免了因在界电常数不同物体之间的转换而带来插损性能降低的缺点,同时,加工工艺也十分简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,八根金属导线1~8的材料采用相同的金属比如金属铜,金属导线的一端为接线端子,另一端为方形金线。在八根金属导线1~8中,其中将六根金属导线1、2、4、5、7、8分为三组,金属导线1与2为一组,4与5为一组,7与8为一组,各组导线内的两根导线互相交叉排布,各组导线在交叉处X形,交叉后两端又呈平行位置排列,当然,各组导线交叉位还可以呈其它形状比如S形,只要满足使用要求即可。三组导线呈等距排布后,另外两根导线3、6分别位于三组导线之间,金属导线3与金属导线5、金属导线1相邻,金属导线6与金属导线4、金属导线8相邻。金属导线1和2交叉形成分布电容和电感,金属导线1和3形成分布电容和电感;金属导线5和4交叉形成分布电容和电感,金属导线5和3形成分布电容和电感,金属导线4和6形成分布电容和电感;金属导线8和7交叉形成分布电容和电感,金属导线8和6形成分布电容和电感。

1.一种超五类信息模块,包括一绝缘外壳,设置在绝缘外壳内的八根金属导线,其特征在于:其中六金属导线分为三组,各组内两导线交叉相邻;所述另外两金属导线分别位于三组导线之间,且与相邻组中的一导线相邻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超五类信息模块,其特征在于:所述各组内两导线交叉处呈X状。
