Abstract

本实用新型公开一种新型新型电缆插头和一种与新型电缆插头相配合的新型电缆附件,新型电缆插头,包括管体、至少一个冷缩外套和至少一个支撑管,冷缩外套位于管体的一侧,支撑管位于冷缩外套的内部,将冷缩外套撑开。新型电缆附件,包括终端,在终端内有应力锥,冷缩外套撑开的一端用于套在终端的密封段上,冷缩外套的冷缩内径小于终端密封段的外径。由于外套部分是冷缩式的,外套部分用机械力扩大后,内放一塑料支撑管,使用时把支撑管抽出,外套自动恢复原状,这样安装起来更方便,另外由于外套的收缩性能,可以适配不同外径的连接附件,提高插头的适用范围和通用性。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电缆分支箱、环网开关柜和箱式变电站用的新型电缆插头和新型电缆附件。
背景技术:
如图1或2所示,外套部分普遍为预制式的。外套部分起密封和绝缘作用,应力锥起密封和电场应力分散作用。使用时端子插入外套中,应力锥的平直段正好塞进外套,其有以下缺点:外套由于是预制式的,应力锥插入时费力。另外应力锥也是预制式的,一个规格电缆就需要配一种规格的应力锥,通用性不高,而且生产时麻烦。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决以上问题,提出一种新型电缆插头和新型电缆附件,该新型电缆插头安装方便、适用范围大和通用性强。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出一种新型电缆插头,包括管体、至少一个冷缩外套和至少一个支撑管,冷缩外套位于管体的一侧,支撑管位于冷缩外套的内部,将冷缩外套撑开。
本实用新型还提出一种与新型电缆插头相配合的新型电缆附件,包括终端,在终端内有应力锥,冷缩外套撑开的一端用于套在终端的密封段上,冷缩外套的收缩后的内径小于终端密封段的外径。
由于采用了以上的方案,外套部分是冷缩式,外套部分用机械力扩大后,内放一塑料支撑管,用时把支撑管抽出,外套自动恢复原状,这样安装起来更方便,另外由于外套的收缩性能,可以适配不同外径的新型电缆附件,提高插头的适用范围和通用性。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图3和图4所示,一种新型电缆插头,包括管体、至少一个冷缩外套1和至少一个支撑管5,如:一个支撑管5和一个冷缩外套1,冷缩外套位于管体的一侧,如图5至图7所示,支撑管5位于冷缩外套1的内部,将冷缩外套1撑开。支撑管5为中空的圆柱体,所述的支撑管5表面有便于将支撑管5沿圆周方向拉出的易撕带。所述的易撕带沿支撑管5的圆周表面平形分布,在支撑管5的端部有抽头10,该易撕带8包括长方形、“V”形或梯形的凹槽8和配合凸起14,凸起14卡入凹槽8,在凹槽8与配合凸起14相接处有固定焊点。这样易撕带相互连在一起。在拉动抽头10时,支撑管5沿易撕带处分开,从而将支撑管5抽出。对于支撑管5也可采用其它的中空的管状结构,并不局限于圆柱形。支撑管5位于外套1的内部,由于外套很紧,需采用机械力将外套部分扩大后将支撑管5放入其中,支撑管5的内径大于用于与插头6相连接的新型电缆附件的外径。相应的用于与上述新型电缆插头相配合的新型电缆附件,包括端子2、终端3和电缆4,所述的终端3包括雨群12、绝缘外套6和应力锥9,终端3的端部为密封段,端子2位于电缆4的一端与电缆导通,电缆位于应力锥9和终端3内部,所述的冷缩外套1撑开的一端套在端子2和终端3的密封段上。应力锥9位于绝缘外套6的内部,且与绝缘外套6复合一体。这样应力锥9与终端3之间不存在间隙,使用更安全。所述的终端3还包括至少一个雨群12,所述的雨群12形状为伞形,分布在终端3的外周,且位于终端3的密封段下部。这些雨群使爬电距离增加。外套的冷缩后的内径小于不同的规格的端子2和终端3密封段的外径。这样使冷缩外套1的适配性能增加,且使冷缩外套1紧紧的箍在端子2和终端3的密封段上。密封性大大提高,安装时也省力。
新型电缆插头的安装方法,即将插头与新型电缆附件对接的方法如下:先将新型电缆附件插入支撑管5中,并按正常方法连接。然后再拉动支撑管5的抽头10用力的将支撑管5抽出,外套即自动恢复原状。此时外套紧紧的箍在端子2和终端3的密封段上。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型电缆插头,包括管体,其特征是:还包括至少一个冷缩外套(1)和至少一个支撑管(5),所述的冷缩外套位于管体的一侧,所述的支撑管(5)位于冷缩外套(1)的内部,将冷缩外套(1)撑开。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型电缆插头,其特征是:所述的支撑管(5)表面有便于将支撑管(5)沿圆周方向拉出的易撕带(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型电缆插头,其特征是:所述的支撑管(5)为中空的圆柱体,所述的易撕带沿支撑管(5)的圆周表面平形分布,在支撑管(5)的端部有抽头(10),所述的易撕带包括长方形、“V”形或梯形的凹槽(8)和配合凸起(14),配合凸起(14)卡入凹槽(8),在凹槽(8)与配合凸起(14)相接处有固定焊点(13)。
4.一种新型电缆附件,用于与权利要求1所述的新型电缆插头相配合,包括终端(3),在终端(3)内有应力锥(9),其特征是:冷缩外套(1)撑开的一端用于套在终端(3)的密封段上,所述的冷缩外套(1)收缩后的内径小于终端(3)密封段的外径。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型电缆附件,其特征是:还包括端子(2)和电缆(4),所述的端子(2)位于电缆(4)的一端与电缆导通,电缆位于终端(3)内部,冷缩外套(1)还用于套在端子(2)上。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的新型电缆附件,其特征是:所述的终端(3)包括绝缘外套,所述的应力锥(9)位于绝缘外套(6)的内部和密封段的下方,且与绝缘外套(6)复合一体。
7.如权利要求9所述的新型电缆附件,其特征是:所述的终端(5)还包括至少一个雨群(12),所述的雨群(12)形状为伞形,分布在绝缘外套(6)的外周,且位于终端(3)的密封段下部。
