Abstract

钢基铜合金轴套至少含有钢基外层,其内表面上熔结有铜合金层并且制有油槽。本实用新型克服了钢铜结合力小的缺点,兼备具有钢层抗冲击力强和铜层导热好的优点。由于铜层厚度1-2毫米且有油槽,因此在中载、中速直线往复或旋转运动试验中,效果良好。

本实用新型在国际专利分类表中,属于轴、除传动元件以外的转动部件、轴承小类,即F16C小类,特别涉及钢铜二层复合轴承。
背景技术
目前,在国内的机械行业里,对作往复滑动的导向轴套或作旋转运动的轴套,通常采用整体式铜套或整体式钢套。铜套的导热性与减摩性较好,但有承载能力差,抗冲击性能差的缺点。钢套则相反,抗冲击能力强、承载能力大,但导热性差,而且在硬度较高时,作为对磨件的轴,其磨损较快且容易“咬轴”。为此,有些厂家采用了在钢基外层的内表面上,烧结一层铜粉或涂、镀一层铜的方法。但是由此得到的轴套,钢和铜的结合力很差,实测不大于16MPa;且铜粉层的致密性差即密度低、抗刮伤能力弱、承载力小,因此无法适用于中载中速的机械中。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种钢基铜合金轴套。它既保持铜层低摩擦系数及耐磨性、导热性好的优点,又与抗冲击力强、承载能力大的钢基外层有极好的结合力。
完成上述目的的新技术方案如下:
钢基铜合金轴套至少含有钢基外层,其特征在于钢基外层的内表面上,熔结有铜合金层,所述铜合金的表面还制有油槽。
按照上述方案制成的钢基铜合金轴套,由于铜合金层熔结于外层钢基内表面上,因此具有极强的层间结合力,样品实测值大于80MPa。此外,铜合金制有油槽,通过在油槽内加润滑油或脂,使轴套在工作中能与轴之间形成稳定的油膜,因此润滑性能远好于已有技术,同时又保持了钢基外层抗冲击力强、承载能力大的优点。样品在中载中速直线往复或旋转运动状态试验中,效果良好。

具体实施方式
钢基铜合金轴套至少含有钢基外层1,在其内表面上熔结有铜合金层2。所述的铜合金层2厚度为1-2毫米并且制有油槽3。油槽3可为封闭环形槽、螺旋线槽,本例采用“8”字形槽。所述钢基外层1采用优质碳素结构钢或轴承钢,为便于安装,可带有法兰。所述铜合金层2以锡青铜为佳。在已有技术中,钢基涂或镀铜的结合面为规则圆柱面;钢基烧结铜的结合面为基本规则圆柱面。本实用新型因为熔结而成为不规则的圆柱面。

Claims (5)

1、一种钢基铜合金轴套,至少含有钢基外层[1],其特征在于钢基外层[1]的内表面上熔结有铜合金层[2],所述铜合金层[2]的表面还制有油槽[3]。
2、如权利要求1所述的钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于钢基外层[1]和铜合金层[2]的结合处呈不规则的圆柱面。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于油槽[3]呈“8”字形。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于所述铜合金层[2]为锡青铜,厚度为1-2毫米。
5、如权利要求3所述的钢基铜合金轴套,其特征在于所述铜合金层[2]为锡青铜,厚度为1-2毫米。
