高温耐火软节,包括软管本体及两端联接的法兰,其特征是软管壁为耐高温层与玻璃纤维布层交替设置的层叠结构,各层之间粘接压合。层叠结构为奇数层,最内层及最外层为耐高温层,之间夹设一层或数层玻璃纤维布层。耐高温层是有机硅橡胶与钛粉及氧化铝的混合物层。软管与两端法兰的联接方式为软管套接在法兰联接口的外径上,然后用压条箍紧或软管套接在法兰联接口的内径上,然后用内压条和螺钉紧固。

本实用新型涉及用于建筑物消防排烟风机进出口与排烟管道之间的连接节,特别是一种高温耐火软节。
                        背景技术
建筑物内设置的消防排烟风机进出口与排烟管道之间,需用联接节联接,对联接节的要求是耐高温,不燃烧且能吸收风机工作噪声,隔断风机振动的传递和吸收安装误差,因此一般为软性联接节。目前公开的产品有:帆布软节,其缺点是不耐高温、易燃、易霉变;石棉软节,寿命短(3-10月),易漏风,且有毒,已不允许使用;玻纤软节,寿命短(1-2年)且漏风量大。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高温耐火软节,它能耐高温、不燃烧、密封好且寿命极长。
本实用新型的上述目的有以下技术方案实现的:
高温耐火软节,包括软管本体及两端联接的法兰,其特征是软管壁为耐高温层与玻璃纤维布层交替设置的层叠结构,各层之间粘接压合。层叠结构为奇数层,最内层及最外层为耐高温层,之间夹设一层或数层玻璃纤维布层。耐高温层是有机硅橡胶与钛粉及氧化铝的混合物层。软管与两端法兰的联接方式为软管套接在法兰联接口的外径上,然后用压条箍紧或软管套接在法兰联接口的内径上,然后用内压条和螺钉紧固。
本发明方法的优点及效果:
(1)隔振、降噪声、补偿纠正安装误差,在发生火灾时,在280℃高温烟气下能连续正常工作30分钟以上,符合GB50045-1995要求,且能耐明火,不燃烧。
(2)抗老化性能强,老化系数为100%,密封性好,无漏风,耐腐蚀,寿命长于15年,理论使用寿命无限长,并可在-35℃环境下正常工作。

                     具体实施方式
参看图3、4,将有机硅橡胶与钛粉及氧化铝混合后制成的耐高温层11与玻璃纤维布层12紧密粘接、压合制成复合软板,板厚2-4mm为宜。再根据风机口的形状及尺寸,加工裁制后粘接成圆形或方形软管,可按图1用压条2外箍方式将软管1紧固于法兰3联接口外径上,也可按图2用内压条4和螺钉将软管1紧固于法兰3的联接口内径上。

1、高温耐火软节,包括软管本体及两端联接的法兰,其特征是软管壁为耐高温层与玻璃纤维布层交替设置的层叠结构,各层之间粘接压合。
2、根据权利要求1所述高温耐火软节,其特征是所述层叠结构为奇数层,最内层及最外层为耐高温层,之间夹设一层或数层玻璃纤维布层。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述高温耐火软节,其特征是所述耐高温层是有机硅橡胶与钛粉及氧化铝的混合物层。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述高温耐火软节,其特征是软管与两端法兰的联接方式为软管套接在法兰联接口的外径上,然后用压条箍紧或软管套接在法兰联接口的内径上,然后用内压条和螺钉紧固。
5、根据权利要求3所述高温耐火软节,其特征是软管与两端法兰的联接方式为软管套接在法兰联接口的外径上,然后用压条箍紧或软管套接在法兰联接口的内径上,然后用内压条和螺钉紧固。
