Abstract

本实用新型涉及折叠接头。
背景技术
中国专利96236902.0号给出了一种用于折叠自行车的四连杆结构的折叠接头。该接头的两个连接板一侧铰接,两个连接板的另一侧分别铰接一个手柄或一个调节杆,手柄和调节杆的另一端铰接。该折叠接头的两个连接板对合即接头合拢时,手柄和调节杆也并拢可将对合的两个连接板锁紧。手柄和调节杆必须完全并拢才能保证两个连接板紧密对合。因此手柄须制成槽状。调节杆可并入槽内以实现完全并拢。由于调节杆是与连接板上突出的铰座铰接相连的。所以手柄的槽必须制得很宽大。使调节杆和铰座同时可进入槽内。这使得调节杆的铰座尺寸受到槽宽度的限制。对于使用钢材的接头,即使铰座尺寸受限制,一般也可满足强度要求。但对于使用铝合金材料的接头,铰座尺寸受限制往往不能满足强度要求。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的是给出一种铰座尺寸不受手柄槽宽度限制的四连杆式的折叠接头。
本实用新型所述的四连杆结构杆叠接头。两个连接板的一侧铰接,各连接板的另一侧中部有凹台,调节杆及手柄的端部分别插入一个连接板的凹台中,有铰链轴惯穿调节杆干及手柄并插入凹台两侧的连接板中。
所述的四连杆结构折叠接头,在连接板一侧凹陷处铰接调节杆或手柄,没有在连接板上突出的铰座,连接板本身已成为铰座。折叠接头合拢,即两个连接板对合调节杆与手柄并拢时,仅调节杆进入手柄的槽中调节杆的铰座处于手柄的两侧,即铰座不受手柄槽宽度的限制,可保证铰座的机械强度。同时手柄槽无须宽大,也使折叠接头的外形美观。

具体实施方式
两个连接板1分别与一段杆件2(如折叠自行车的车架杆)相连,两连接板1的一侧铰接。两连接板的另一侧各自开有一个凹台3,调节杆4及手柄5分别插入一个连接板的凹台3中。有铰接轴6贯穿调节杆4或手柄5的端部并插入凹台3两侧的连接板中形成铰接,调节杆4与手柄5的另一端铰接。在手柄5的靠近连接板1处开有横向凹槽7。可使手柄5转到锁紧位置时,该凹槽7卡住调节杆的铰链轴6,进一步加强接头合拢时的锁紧力。

1、一种四连杆结构的折叠接头,两个连接板(1)的一侧铰接,其特征在于,各连接板(1)的另一侧中部有凹台(3),调节杆(4)及手柄(5)的端部分别插入一个连接板的凹台(3)中,有铰链轴(6)贯穿调节杆(4)或手柄(5)并插入凹台(3)两侧的连接接板(1)中。
2、按权利要求1所述的四连杆结构的折叠接头,其特征在于,手柄(5)的靠近连接板(1)处开有横向凹槽(7)。
