本实用新型涉及一种钢结构建筑中用的金属墙面板。现有多块墙面板拼接时，由于自攻螺丝进入墙梁的深度有限，连接不够牢固，墙面板为水平板，因而抗风能力差。本实用新型具有至少两个连为一体的板单元，相邻板单元的连接处设有开口向上的凹槽，最外侧板单元的外沿具有封边用的折边，其特征是所述的板单元内折成一角度α，α的范围为150°－165°。本实用新型将板单元内折形成一角度，在保证墙面板的有效利用面积较大的情况下，提高了墙面板的刚度以及在风力作用下的变形能力。

本实用新型涉及一种钢结构建筑中用的金属墙面板。
背景技术
现有的薄板状金属墙面板，由多个连为一体的平板和设在平板之间的连接槽组成，所述的连接槽为开口向下的凹槽，将多块墙面板拼接时，在连接槽处和拼接处通过自攻螺丝安装在墙梁上，由于自攻螺丝进入墙梁的深度有限，连接不够牢固；所述的平板为一水平板且宽度较大，因而抗风能力差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种与墙梁牢固连接和抗风能力强的金属墙面板。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种金属墙面板，具有至少两个连为一体的板单元，相邻板单元的连接处设有开口向上的凹槽，最外侧板单元的外沿具有封边用的折边，其特征是所述的板单元内折成一角度α，α的范围为150°-165°。板单元内折成一角度，在保证墙面板的有效利用面积较大的情况下，提高了墙面板的刚度以及在风力作用下的变形能力。开口向上的凹槽用自攻螺丝与墙梁连接时，由于凹槽紧贴在墙梁上，自攻螺丝可深入墙梁，提高了墙面板与墙梁连接的牢固度。
本实用新型将板单元内折形成一角度，在保证墙面板的有效利用面积较大的情况下，提高了墙面板的刚度以及在风力作用下的变形能力，在与墙梁连接时更加牢固、稳定。

具体实施方式
如图所示，金属墙面板是由金属薄板整体轧制成型，具有四个连为一体的板单元1，相邻板单元的连接处设有开口向上的凹槽2，第1个板单元的左边沿和第4个板单元的右边沿向外折形成封边用的折边3，所述的折边3也为开口向上的凹槽，板单元1的中间处内折形成164°的α角，板单元具有较好的可弯性，能弯出较小的弧面。多块墙面板拼接时，在凹槽处和拼接处通过自攻螺丝将墙面板固定在墙梁4上。
