Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种组合式玻璃钢沼气池,为解决现有玻璃钢沼气池池体体积大,运输不便,且在运输中易发生磕碰损坏事故而设计。其结构是沼气池的池体仍为球形,其顶部开有入料口,侧壁设有出气孔和出渣口,池体是由沿纵向接缝拼装的若干球瓣组合而成。将池体分解成多个球瓣后,每个球瓣的空间占用体积明显降低,且运输时可罗列叠放,因此大大方便了搬卸和运输。由于单个部件的空间占用体积减小,就可以很好地包装后运输,从而有效地避免了运输过程中的磕碰损坏现象发生。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,具体地说是一种组合式玻璃钢沼气池。
背景技术
传统的沼气池,其池体呈球形,顶部开有入料口,侧壁设有出气孔和出渣口。沼气池是用混凝土砌筑,费工费时。目前市售有一种玻璃钢沼气池,其池体外观形状基本保持不变,只是制成为上、下两个半球状的壳体,然后两个半球壳体扣合组装成型。这种玻璃钢沼气池实现了工业化批量生产,且产品强度好,重量轻,安装方便。但由于沼气池的容积一般是在6-10立方米,所以分成两半的池体体积仍然很大,给运输带来了诸多不便,且在运输中易发生磕碰损坏事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种方便搬卸和运输的组合式玻璃钢沼气池,以减少运输中的磕碰损坏现象的发生。
本实用新型是这样实现的:组合式玻璃钢沼气池的池体仍为球形,其顶部开有入料口,侧壁仍设有出气孔和出渣口,池体是由沿纵向接缝拼装的若干球瓣组合而成。本实用新型的设计要点,就是将球形池体沿纵向分解成至少四瓣以上的球瓣,球瓣在半径处的宽度尺寸可以相同,也可以不同。尺寸相同的,组装时有可互换性;尺寸不同的,则需将球瓣排序,以便于组装。将池体分解成多个球瓣后,每个球瓣的空间占用体积明显降低,且运输时可罗列叠放,因此大大方便了搬卸和运输。由于单个部件的空间占用体积减小,就可以很好地包装后运输,从而有效地避免了运输过程中的磕碰损坏现象发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本组合式玻璃钢沼气池的池体呈球形,是由6-10个球瓣1沿纵向接缝拼装组合而成。如果组合成池体的球瓣数量过少,则每个球瓣的空间占用体积仍然较大;如果球瓣数量过多,则增加了组合拼装的工作量,故以6-10个为宜,根据池体容积决定具体数量。
图2中,每个球瓣1的两侧边沿有外凸的法兰沿3,以方便池体的拼装组合。在球瓣1的顶部制有带外伸边的直立沿4。待池体组装好后,这些直立沿4即拼合成池体顶部的入料口2。在池体相应位置处的球瓣上,仍制有出气孔和出渣口,以保证沼气池的正常功用。
为保证组合式沼气池的气密性,在球瓣1的对接处设有圆弧形橡胶密封条,以在用紧固件封接两球瓣间的法兰沿时,很好地封堵接缝,从而保证了池体的良好密封性。

1、一种组合式玻璃钢沼气池,池体呈球形,顶部开有入料口(2),侧壁设有出气孔和出渣口,其特征在于池体是由沿纵向接缝拼装的若干球瓣(1)组合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合式玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于球瓣(1)有6-10个。
3、根据权利要求2所述的组合式玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于球瓣(1)的两侧边沿有外凸的法兰沿(3)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的组合式玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于球瓣(1)对接处设有圆弧形密封条。
