二、背景技术
现有餐馆灶具一般采用液化气或煤气作为燃料，这些灶具在炒菜时正常燃烧，当炒菜锅拿起还是照常燃烧，造成了炒菜辅助时间(如炒好的菜装盘、洗锅时)的燃料的严重浪费(一般炒菜的辅助时间大约占整个炒菜过程的三分之一左右)，尽管手动也能调节气阀，但麻烦费时，很少有厨师这样做。
三、技术内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、能自动调节灶具燃烧火焰的适合炒菜用的节能灶具。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种节能灶具，包括灶体、进气管道、调气阀，其特征在于：灶体与调节阀间有一杠杆连接，杠杆的一端在灶体的灶头上，另一端由一活塞连接着调节阀的阀体。
本实用新型的灶体设有小火进气管道、旺火进气管道，对应的调节阀阀体上设有小火调节开关、旺火调节开关。
本实用新型根据杠杆原理，利用炒锅放下与拿起带动活塞上下运动而达到调节燃烧火焰大小的目的，结构简单合理，解决了炒菜辅助时间的燃料浪费问题，经济实用，特别适用于餐馆使用。

五、具体实施方式
如图所示，一种节能灶具，包括灶体(8)、旺火进气管道(6)、小火进气管道(7)、调节阀(3)阀体，其特征在于：灶体(8)与调节阀(3)间有一杠杆(5)连接，杠杆(5)的一端在灶体(1)的灶头上，另一端由一活塞(4)连接着调节阀(3)的阀体。
本实用新型的灶体的调节阀阀体上设有小火调节开关(1)、旺火调节开关(2)，根据杠杆原理，利用炒锅放下与拿起带动活塞上下运动，炒菜时灶具正常燃烧，而把炒锅拿掉则旺火熄灭，灶具只留小火。

1.一种节能灶具，包括灶体(8)、进气管道、调节阀(3)，其特征在于：灶体(8)与调节阀(3)间有一杠杆(5)连接，杠杆(5)的一端在灶体(8)的灶头上，另一端由一活塞(4)连接着调节阀(3)的阀体。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种节能灶具，其特征在于：进气管道设有旺火进气管道(6)、小火进气管道(7)，对应的灶体调节阀(3)阀体上设有小火调节开关(1)、旺火调节开关(2)。
