本实用新型公开了一种曝气机气水导流装置。它包括导流水管、导流水管底盖。在导流水管下部的同一圆周上,等分装有数个管口朝下的锥形出水管,锥形出水管的进水口处直径大于出水口处直径。导流水管底部装有上部为圆锥形的导流水管底盖,导流水管底盖的圆锥面与锥形出水管的下端内管壁相切。本实用新型具有的有益效果是:由于采用锥形出水管增加了水流的速度,上部为圆锥形的导流水管底盖适于气水混合液导流,并符合流体的特性,减少流体速度的损失。

本实用新型涉及气体与液体混合的装置,是一种曝气机气水导流装置。
                          背景技术
目前使用的气水导流装置,在气水混合分离以后,在出水口附近和导流底盖相碰撞的接触面积大,进而影响了水流的速度,使得整个曝气机的服务面积减小。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种导流底盖上部为圆锥形,出水管为锥形管的曝气机气水导流装置,能解决背景技术存在的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术是:它包括导流水管、导流水管底盖;在导流水管下部的同一圆周上,等分装有数个管口朝下的锥形出水管,锥形出水管的进水口处直径大于出水口处直径,导流水管底部装有上部为圆锥形的导流水管底盖,导流水管底盖的圆锥面与锥形出水管的下端内管壁相切。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是:由于采用锥形出水管增加了水流的速度,上部有为圆锥形的导流水管底盖适于气水混合液导流,并符合流体的特性,减少流体速度的损失。

如图1、图2、图3所示,它包括导流水管、导流水管底盖。在导流水管1下部的同一圆周上,等分装有数个管口朝下的锥形出水管2,锥形出水管2的进水口处直径大于出水口处直径,导流水管1底部装有上部为圆锥形3的导流水管底盖4,导流水管底盖的圆锥面与锥形出水管2的下端内管壁相切。
所说的数个锥形出水管2为4~8个。
所说的导流水管底盖4上的圆锥形3锥角α=30°~75°。

1.曝气机气水导流装置,它包括导流水管、导流水管底盖,其特征在于:在导流水管(1)下部的同一圆周上,等分装有数个管口朝下的锥形出水管(2),锥形出水管(2)的进水口处直径大于出水口处直径,导流水管(1)底部装有上部为圆锥形(3)的导流水管底盖(4),导流水管底盖的圆锥面与锥形出水管(2)的下端内管壁相切。
