技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种泵注砼灌注桩钻头,具体是翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头。
技术背景:目前在桩基础施工中,螺旋钻具的泵注砼灌注桩钻头大多为两侧活门式结构,在钻头两侧设有两个活门,活门用橡皮条对拉关闭。在泵注砼时,两个活门通过砼压力将活门打开,砼通过两侧活门排出。这种结构形式的活门,在使用时由于土层变化,特别是粘土层较厚时,活门经常被粘土包裹住,不易打开,造成砼管路堵塞故障,因此存在施工效率低,故障多,工期长等缺点。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于,提出一种翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头,克服现有两侧活门式钻头活门经常被粘土包裹住,不易打开,砼管路易堵塞的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是,该翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头,由钻头体和钻尖构成,钻头体下端部设有铰链和抗扭键,通过铰链和抗扭键与出料活门活动连接,钻尖焊在出料活门下面连为一体。
本实用新型的技术效果在于,该翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头,由于出料活门设置在钻头体底部、钻尖上部,在钻孔时靠土体挤压力将钻尖与钻头体紧密关闭,在泵注砼提钻时,靠钻尖自身重力和砼压力将出料活门打开,因此该钻头具有结构简单,施工使用方便,无故障,施工效率高,在任何土层条件下出料活门均能顺利打开等优点。克服了现有两侧活门式钻头存在的活门经常被粘土包裹住,不易打开,造成砼管路堵塞,施工效率低,故障多,工期长等缺点。另外由于设有抗纽键,保证钻头在钻孔时不纽动。

具体实施方式:实现本实用新型的实施例如图所示,翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头由钻头体1和钻尖4构成,钻头体下端部设有铰链2和抗纽键5,通过铰链2和抗纽键5与出料活门3活动连接,钻尖4焊接在出料活门3上。
钻孔时,翻转式泵注砼灌注桩活门钻头靠土体挤压力将钻头体与出料活门3和钻尖4紧密连接进行钻孔作业如图1所示;在泵注砼提钻时,靠钻头自身重力和砼压力将出料活门3打开,进行泵注砼成桩如图2所示。
