Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种车把总成翻转折叠装置,包括车把座(13)、固定座(15),车把座(13)纵向设有轴孔(20),其轴向设有固定孔(21),其与固定座(15)连接侧设有楔形凸块(3);固定座(15)设有与楔形凸块(3)相配合的楔形凹槽(6),其轴向至纵向之间设有弧形长槽孔(5),在其纵向的另一侧设有直槽(14)并与弧形长槽孔(5)相连;带有扳手(4)的偏心轴(1)设置在车把座(13)的轴孔(20)内,与偏心轴(1)配合的带耳螺栓(12)穿过固定孔(21)和弧形长槽孔(5)与坚固件(8)连接;在固定座(15)与紧固件(8)之间设有铰接在固定座(15)上翻转垫片(18)。采用上述结构后,车把总成不仅能折叠而且能旋转90°,使车把总成紧贴车身,折叠更加方便和快捷、折叠后体积更小。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种折叠装置,特别是一种电动自行车或自行车的车身折叠装置。
二、背景技术
为了便于运输、装箱以及携带,电动自行车或自行车一般都要将车把总成设计成可折叠结构,现有的电动自行车或自行车的车把总成折叠一般通过与前叉管铰接方式采用螺钉旋紧固定,此种方式虽然能达到车把总成折叠的目的,但是在使用过程中需用工具来拆卸螺钉才能完成折叠,折叠麻烦而且速度慢;另外,此种方式折叠的车把总成不能转向,并折叠成与车身同一方向;这样只能降低车的高度,无法缩少车体的宽度,包装体积仍然偏大。
三、发明内容
为克服现有的电动自行车或自行车的车把总成折叠时需用工具才能完成折叠、折叠体积大的弊病,本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种车把总成折叠更加方便、快捷且能旋转90°的车把总成翻转折叠装置。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案包括固定车把立管的车把座、固定座,所述的车把座纵向设有轴孔,其轴向设有固定孔,其与固定座连接侧设有楔形凸块;所述的固定座设有与楔形凸块相配合的楔形凹槽,其轴向至纵向之间设有弧形长槽孔,在其纵向的另一侧设有直槽并与弧形长槽孔相连;偏心轴设置在车把座的轴孔内,与偏心轴配合的带耳螺栓穿过固定孔和弧形长槽孔与坚固件连接。
在固定座与紧固件之间设有翻转垫片并与带耳螺栓匹配,翻转垫片铰接在固定座上。
在固定座与翻转垫片之间设有扭簧,扭簧一端固定在固定座上,另一端设置在翻转垫片上。
所述的偏心轴一端设有扳手。
采用上述结构后,通过偏心轴与带耳螺栓的曲率旋转配合,使带耳螺栓轴向移动,使车把座与固定座达到松或紧;通过固定座的楔形凹槽与车把座的楔形凸块配合使车把座保持垂直位置且左右不会晃动;通过翻转垫片和扭簧的设置,使车把座折叠时有相对的移动位置,扭簧能保证翻转垫片压紧带耳螺栓,使车把座与固定座松动时翻转垫片不会脱离带耳螺栓,确保安全运行;固定座上设置弧形长槽孔和直槽,使车把座折叠时车把座能旋转90°折叠,使车把总成紧贴车身;具有结构合理、折叠更加方便和快捷、折叠后体积更小、外形美观大方等优点。

五、具体实施方式
图1所示,为本实用新型车把总成翻转折叠装置的具体实施方案,它包括固定车把立管2的车把座13、固定座15,车把总成与车把立管2连接,固定座通过内六角螺栓7和楔形螺帽16与前叉管连接,车把座13纵向设有轴孔20,其轴向设有固定孔21,其与固定座15连接侧设有楔形凸块3;固定座15设有与楔形凸块3相配合的楔形凹槽6,其轴向至纵向之间设有弧形长槽孔5,在其纵向的另一侧设有直槽14并与弧形长槽孔5相连;偏心轴1设置在车把座13的轴孔20内,偏心轴1一端设有扳手4,另一端设有卡簧11,与偏心轴1配合的带耳螺栓12穿过固定孔21和弧形长槽孔5与坚固件8连接,紧固件8为厚螺帽;在固定座15与紧固件8之间设有翻转垫片18并与带耳螺栓12匹配,翻转垫片18铰接在固定座15上;在固定座15与翻转垫片18之间设有扭簧17,扭簧17一端固定在固定座15上,另一端设置在翻转垫片18上。为了防止紧固件8松动及提高外观美感,在紧固件8的外侧还设有薄螺母9和塑套10。
正常使用时,车把座13的楔形凸块3与固定座15的楔形凹槽6配合并通过带耳螺栓12、翻转垫片18、紧固件8、薄螺母9和塑套10固定。当需要折叠时,旋转扳手4,偏心轴1随之转动,通过偏心轴1与带耳螺栓12的曲率旋转的配合,使带耳螺栓3产生轴向移动,车把座13和固定座15的配合松动;扳动翻转垫片18并脱离带耳螺栓12使车把座13和固定座15有移动的位置;拉动车把座13,使楔形凸块3脱离与楔形凹槽6的的配合;同时转动车把座13旋转90°,此时带耳螺栓12处在直槽14内;然后将车把座13转动180°,使车把总成紧贴车身,从而完成折叠的目的。反之,在紧固时同样也能达到紧固的要求。
Claims (5)
1、一种车把总成翻转折叠装置,包括固定车把立管(2)的车把座(13)、固定座(15),其特征是:所述的车把座(13)纵向设有轴孔(20),其轴向设有固定孔(21),其与固定座(15)连接侧设有楔形凸块(3);所述的固定座(15)设有与楔形凸块(3)相配合的楔形凹槽(6),其轴向至纵向之间设有弧形长槽孔(5),在其纵向的另一侧设有直槽(14)并与弧形长槽孔(5)相连;偏心轴(1)设置在车把座(13)的轴孔(20)内,与偏心轴(1)配合的带耳螺栓(12)穿过固定孔(21)和弧形长槽孔(5)与坚固件(8)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车把总成翻转折叠装置,其特征是:在固定座(15)与紧固件(8)之间设有翻转垫片(18)并与带耳螺栓(12)匹配,翻转垫片(18)铰接在固定座(15)上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的车把总成翻转折叠装置,其特征是:在固定座(15)与翻转垫片(18)之间设有扭簧(17),扭簧(17)一端固定在固定座(15)上,另一端设置在翻转垫片(18)上。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的车把总成翻转折叠装置,其特征是:所述的偏心轴(1)一端设有扳手(4)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的车把总成翻转折叠装置,其特征是:所述的紧固件(8)为厚螺帽。
