本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单，使用方便，可以多次使用，使用成本低的净衣器。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种净衣器包括手柄，其结构特点是：所述的手柄前端固定安装有筒芯支架，筒芯支架上安装有可转动的中空筒芯，中空筒芯外周缠绕有带状粘胶卷，粘胶卷间隔设有断开线。
