(一)、技术领域:本实用新型涉及阀门技术领域,特别是一种双向密封蝶阀。
(二)、背景技术:目前在石油、化工和给排水等领域所用的蝶阀,多数为单向密封,安装时受介质流向的限制,不能满足控制介质双向流通的要求……
(三)、发明内容:本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是现有蝶阀单向密封,提供一种可不受介质流向限制的双向密封蝶阀。为此本实用新型主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、阀座、密封圈、密封填料和支架等部件构成,阀座采用不锈钢材料制成安装在阀体上并通过密封圈密封。阀板采用桁架结构并通过半轴结构的阀轴安装在阀体内。阀轴的上端通过密封填料与阀体密封。支架安装在阀体上与驱动装置相连。由于采用上述技术解决方案,本实用新型具有密封性能好,过流面积大,流阻小,使用寿命长,可双向密封等优点。

(五)、具体实施方式:参见图1可知,本实用新型主要由阀体1、阀板2、阀轴3、阀座4、O型密封圈5、密封填料6和支架7等部件构成,阀座4采用不锈钢材料制成安装在阀体1上并通过O型密封圈5密封。阀板2装在阀轴3上安装在阀体1内,阀轴3为半轴结构,上端通过密封填料6与阀体1密封;支架7安装在阀体1上与驱动装置相连。旋转阀轴3时带动阀板2脱离阀座4,介质通过;反向旋转阀轴3,阀板2与阀座4接触密封,截止介质流通。

1、一种双向密封蝶阀主要由阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀轴(3)、阀座(4)、O型密封圈(5)、密封填料(6)和支架(7)等部件构成,阀座(4)安装在阀体(1)上并通过O型密封圈(5)密封,其特征是阀板(2)采用桁架结构并通过半轴结构的阀轴(3)安装在阀体(1)内;阀轴(3)的上端通过密封填料(6)与阀体(1)密封;支架(7)安装在阀体(1)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双向密封蝶阀,其特征是阀座(4)采用不锈钢材料制成。
