Abstract
本实用新型公开一种中压变频器中单相桥式逆变器的过电压保护装置。采用简单的线路,对单相桥逆变器因负载电流充电造成的过电压提供可靠、有效的保护。适用于单元串联型中压变频器的单相桥式逆变器过压保护。本实用新型是由转折二极管V11与电阻R1的串联电路和电阻R2与电容C的并联电路、二极管V2组成,其特征是用晶闸管V10的过电压使转折二极管V11转折,再利用转折后流过V11的电流去触发V10使其导通,流过负载电流。转折二极管V11的负极和二极管V2的正极与电阻R2与电容C的并联电路一端相接,转折二极管V11与电阻R1串联电路另一端接触发晶闸管V10的阳极,二极管V2的负极接晶闸管的门极,电阻R2与电容C的并联电路另一端接触发晶闸管的阴极。

技术领域
本实用新型是用于逆变器的电压保护电路,属于电子技术领域。
背景技术
单元串联型中压变频器采用多台单相桥式逆变器的串联,输出较高电压。其单相桥式逆变器如图1。通常设置由二极管整流桥和晶闸管V10组成的旁通回路,在工作中逆变器发生故障、IGBT封锁的情况下,触发晶闸管V10使负载电流I通过二极管,V10继续流通,变频器维持运行。若在此情况下V10不能被触发,负载电流I就通过与IGBT并联的二极管对电容器不断充电,以致发生电容器过压击穿等事故。防止上述事故的发生,需要对V10晶闸管触发端连接复杂的保护装置。
技术方案
本实用新型目的是公开一种中压变频器中单相桥式逆变器的过电压保护装置。本实用新型采用简单的线路,对单相桥逆变器因负载电流充电造成的过电压提供可靠、有效的保护。适用于单元串联型中压变频器的单相桥式逆变器过压保护。
本实用新型是由转折二极管V11与电阻R1的串联电路和电阻R2与电容C的并联电路、二极管V2组成,其特征是用晶闸管V10的过电压使转折二极管V11转折,再利用转折后流过V11的电流去触发V10使其导通,流过负载电流。转折二极管V11的负极和二极管V2的正极与电阻R2与电容C的并联电路一端相接,转折二极管V11与电阻R1串联电路另一端接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的阳极,二极管V2的负极接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的门极,电阻R2与电容C的并联电路另一端接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的阴极。
其中R1可以是具有限流功能的电子元器件。V11是具有转折特性的电子器件。V2是具有一定压降的电子元器件。R2、C是具有抗干扰功能的电子元器件的组合。V10的门极和阴极附加具有抗干扰功能的电子元器件组合。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,在晶闸管V10上并联转折二极管V11触发电路,V11转折电压略小于电容器的额定电压。当需要旁通而晶闸管V10未能被触发时,电容器被负载电流I充电,电压升高达到V11的转折电压时,V11发生转折,产生足够大的触发电流,使晶闸管V10导通,将负载电流I旁通,电容器电压不再升高,维持在小于额定电压的范围内,变频器仍能继续工作。V11的转折电压必须经过测试,同时V11采用二只转折二极管串联,以便于挑选、匹配。
Claims (2)
1.一种中压变频器中单相桥式逆变器的过电压保护装置,是由转折二极管V11与电阻R1的串联电路和电阻R2与电容C的并联电路、二极管V2组成,其特征是用晶闸管V10的过电压使转折二极管V11转折,再利用转折后流过V11的电流去触发V10使其导通,流过负载电流,转折二极管V11的负极和二极管V2的正极与电阻R2与电容C的并联电路一端相接,转折二极管V11与电阻R1串联电路另一端接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的阳极,二极管V2的负极接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的门极,电阻R2与电容C的并联电路另一端接单相桥式逆变器的触发晶闸管V10的阴极。
2.如权利要求1所述的中压变频器中单相桥式逆变器的过电压保护装置,其特征是所述的R1是任何具有限流功能的电子元器件,V11是具有转折特性的电子器件,V2是具有一定压降的电子元器件,R2、C是具有抗干扰功能的电子元器件的组合,V10的门极和阴极附加具有抗干扰功能的电子元器件组合。
