本实用新型涉及对一种输水用预应力混凝土压力管的改进。由内、外环筋,内、外纵筋和S型拉筋组成的无粘结预应力混凝上压力管,沿圆形普通钢筋骨架的外层钢筋上,设有分段,等距的无粘结预应力筋缠绕,预应力筋端头采用锚具固定在长方形锚槽内,相邻的两锚槽,对称设置在混凝土压力管本体外壁上。该管不易被腐蚀:无方向性,安装方便:无粘结预应力筋端头采用环锚,减少了锚具数量,减低了成本。

无粘结预应力混凝土压力管
本实用新型涉及对一种输水用预应力混凝土压力管的改进。
已见中国专利00205783.2无粘结预应力混凝土压力管中,无粘结预应力筋是设在内外层钢筋骨架之间,呈椭圆形布置,管体垂直比水平处预应力筋多25%,使混凝土管体承受不均匀压应力,安装时有一定的方向性,给安装工作增加了难度:预应力筋端头采用单锚,锚固点多,锚具多。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,具有抗蚀能力强锚具少,节约材料,制作简单的特点。
结合附图1、2本实用新型是这样实现的。由内、外环筋6、4,内、外纵筋5、3和S型拉筋1组成的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,沿圈形普通钢筋骨架的外层钢筋上,设有分段,等距的无粘结预应力筋2缠绕,预应力筋端头采用锚具8固定在长方形锚槽7内,相邻的两锚槽对称设置在混凝土压力管本体外壁上,纵向距离为四分之一管周长。
图3给出了无粘结预应力筋端头采用环锚固定方式,四根预应力筋端头固定在一套锚具中。
按照上述结构制成的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,由于无粘结预应力筋埋在管壁混凝土内,不与空气接触,不易被腐蚀:无粘结预应力筋紧紧环绕在钢骨架上,通过钢骨架将预应力筋张拉后的张拉力均匀传递在混凝土管壁上,减少了因受力不均而出现的环裂:该管无方向性,安装方便:采用双卡式液压张拉器,可将两根无粘结预应力筋一起张拉,不但使锚具受力平衡,而且提高效率。无粘结预应力筋端头采用环锚,较单锚可减少张拉力损失,单锚每个端头一套锚具,环锚四个端头在一套锚具中,相应减少了锚具数量,减低了成本。

实施例:1、按照附图所示结构,以管内径4800mm,外径5440mm管壁厚320mm,设计压力0.3MPa的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管为例,其主要技术参数设计如下:
每根管长3000mm,无粘结预应力筋采用直径15mm,标准强度为1360MPa钢铰线,每米管长配8根,设四组,每组两根预应力筋各环绕外层钢筋两圈,用一套锚具固定,其各组间距为250mm,张拉力210KN。
按照上述结构和参数制得的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,可适用于工作压力在0.2MPa,管顶覆土2000mm普通砂石基础的环境。该管不易被腐蚀:无方向性安装方便:无粘结预应力筋端头采用环锚,较单锚锚具减少50%,张拉工效提高一倍。

1、一种由内、外环筋6、4,内、外纵筋5、3和S型拉筋1组成的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,其特征是沿圆形普通钢筋骨架的外层钢筋上,设有分段,等距的无粘结预应力筋2缠绕,预应力筋端头采用锚具8固定在长方形锚槽7内,相邻的两锚槽对称设置在混凝土压力管本体外壁上,纵向距离为四分之一管周长。
2、按照权利要求1所说的无粘结预应力混凝土压力管,其特征是无粘结预应力筋端头采用环锚,四根预应力筋端头固定在一套锚具中。
