                      技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自锁式弹性体缓冲器,具体的说是涉及一种能够防冲击碰撞的装置。
                      背景技术
目前,各港口、码头上防冲击碰撞的设备,主要采用的是护舷,早期的护舷多为木质、钢质结构。现在发展为橡胶和钢胶混合形式的结构。从应用上看,橡胶护舷比其它几种材质的护舷性能优良,应用也较广泛。各港口、码头上采用的橡胶护舷按结构构造分主要有两类:一类是压缩实体型结构,二类是空心充气型结构。利用橡胶作护舷是由于橡胶护舷在受碰撞时能吸收能量,但是,由于它主要靠橡胶所形成的空间而吸收能量,所以其不足的是吸收能量有限,另外,利用橡胶作的护舷,它的边角处和应力集中处极易开裂,所以使用寿命短。再者,橡胶护舷的铆固、安装、脱落、沉海等也是不容忽略的问题。1999年4月21日申请的专利号为:99105666.3的“聚氨酯护舷”专利极大的克服了上述缺点,但由于其结构的原因还存在着因湿热场合聚氨酯易水解,使其应用受到限制。
                      发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防冲击能力强,吸收能量大,且缓冲终极无反力回弹的自锁式弹性体缓冲器,以克服因湿热场合聚氨酯易水解的不足。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括环块(1)、筒体(3)、冲撞体(4)、密封件(5)、压盖螺母(6),其特征在于筒体(3)内依次压装有环块(1)、陀螺体(2)、环块(1)和半陀螺体(7),筒体(3)通过密封件(5)和压盖螺母(6)与冲撞体(4)连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,它防冲击能力强,吸收能量大,且缓冲终极无反力回弹克服了因湿热场合聚氨酯易水解的问题,是一种用于防冲击碰撞的装置。

参见附图,从图中可知本实用新型包括环块1、筒体3、冲撞体4、密封件5、压盖螺母6,所述的环块1、陀螺体2和半陀螺体7是由微孔聚氨酯或橡胶或其它高分子材料制成,所述的筒体3由金属材料或其它硬质高分子材料制成,筒体3内依次压装有环块1、陀螺体2、环块1和半陀螺体7,筒体3通过密封件5和压盖螺母6与冲撞体4螺纹连接。由于筒体3和密封件5的作用使得本实用新型不会因湿热场合聚氨酯易水解的问题出现。
