Abstract

一种改进结构的双液型容器，是在两瓶体的上方设有凸状螺接部，下方凸设有凸柱，该上方螺接部供挤压器的旋帽螺接栓合，主要特征是：挤压器旋帽上方罩设一套盖以限定两瓶体上方的径向距，该套盖上设有穿孔供压管穿透后能与压嘴结合，而瓶体下方另设一承板，其表面具有与凸柱相对数的定位孔，使承板能够以定位孔供凸柱插入结合以限定两瓶体下方的径向距，进而使瓶体的瓶身造型可依客户所需要而改变，而限定瓶体上、下方径向距的套盖及承板达到互通使用勿需连同变更的效益增进。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进结构的双液型容器。
背景技术
目前一般使用双液调和方能具有功效的产品，如美白双液剂、肌肤调理剂、洗润发剂、烫发双剂……等，均为双液调合方式，该传统双液剂一般采用分别包装填充于单一容器内，使用时再一一倒出调合使用；
上述传统使用方式，在操作过程中往往将A剂及B剂分别摆放，用时先倒A剂于手掌心上再倒B剂以调合A剂，使使用者在容器开启时极为不便且易使容器玷污，由于双剂为单一填充分别摆设常在倒完A剂后，找不到B剂的窘境发生，而使消费者不知所措。
发明内容
针对上述技术存在的缺点，本创作人以从事该行业设计多年的经验，并经长期试制、研究、改良，提供一种织带的热整型装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种改进结构的双液型容器，包含有：
瓶体，在上端买内具有螺接部，下端面凸设有凸柱，瓶身侧处具有靠合面；
挤压器，在中段处设有旋帽，于旋帽下方接设吸管，上方凸设压管，旋帽螺接旋设瓶体螺接部上；
套盖，表面具有与压管呈对等数的穿孔，内壁面设有卡条；
承板，为板片，表面具有与凸柱对等数的定位孔；
其特征在于：瓶体下端面凸柱插设承板定位孔，上端面螺设的挤压器旋帽以一套盖向下盖合，套盖的内壁契合于旋帽外表面且卡条卡固旋帽底缘，瓶体上、下端的径向受限而定位组合瓶体靠合面靠触。
瓶体结组后的靠合面为近似浪弧曲面。
本实用新型使瓶身能任意依客户所需钉制不同形态的便利性，而使套盖及承办为具一共通性的组合构件，以利降低成本提升竞争力；本实用新型使两瓶体靠合而无需另设组合构造，无论模具成型、成品脱模、瓶身靠合处的造型设计及靠合面可印制使用说明等，均能有效运用，进而提升产品优越的竞争力及生命周期；本实用新型克服了现有技术存在的缺点，使两液经挤出溶合后保有较好的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型是由两瓶体10的各上端面11设有凸状螺接部12，下端面13上则于中间凸设有凸柱14，而两瓶体10于瓶身15的靠合面16(靠合面可依客户需求开模设计为曲面)，挤压器20为一般制式通用构件，近中端处为具一旋帽21，旋帽21下方设为吸管22，上方则设为压管23，该压管23上端处供一压嘴24套设结合；一套盖30为盖状，表面设有穿孔31供挤压器20压管23穿通露出于穿孔31外而套盖30的内壁面32乃设有卡条33；一承板40为板片状，于瓶体10凸柱14相对处设与凸柱14相对数的定位孔41；一罩盖50为一套设于瓶体10上端面周缘的盖体；籍以上述构成的相组套合即可成为本实用新型的容器结构。
如图2所示，为本实用新型整体结构组合剖面图，籍由该图表现各构件组合相互关系，所以瓶体10下端面13凸柱14插设于承板40定位孔41上固定，而瓶体10上端面11螺接部12则供挤压器20吸管22末端伸入于瓶体10内部，而挤压器20的旋帽21则螺接于该螺接部12上旋固定位，而两旋帽21的径向总长、宽恰能供套盖30的内壁32契合而内壁32的底处卡条33则与旋帽21底卡合(如图3所示)，界时，瓶体10上端受到套盖30径向限定，而下端则受承板40径向限定，使两瓶体10的靠合面16相互靠贴呈现，其中套盖30套合旋帽21即使挤压器20上端压管23由套盖30表面的穿孔31伸出，使压嘴24得与凸伸的两压管23结合固定，最后将罩盖50盖设瓶体10上端周缘以保护压嘴24避免搬运受损，如此即使两分离的瓶体10受到结合的构造；
如图4所示，本实用新型瓶体结构另一实施例图，由于本实用新型所设计的双液容器结构组合，所以瓶体10上端的螺接部12供制式挤压器20的旋帽21螺接，下端设有凸柱14与承板40定位孔41插合定位，该旋帽21以一套盖30罩设契合，使瓶体上、下端的径向受限，而受限处设计于套盖30与旋帽21契合，凸柱14与定位孔41插合，因此瓶体10的瓶身15处则不受限于构件成型，瓶身15能任意依客户的需要定制不同形态，具有便利性(如图4方形瓶所示)，使套盖30及承板40为具有一共通性的组合构件，以利降低次要构件成本提升竞争力。
本实用新型使消费者使用更加便利，于申请前未见有同类物出现，符合专利的申请要件，现依法提出申请。

Claims (2)

1、一种改进结构的双液型容器，包含有：
瓶体，在上端买内具有螺接部，下端面凸设有凸柱，瓶身侧处具有靠合面；
挤压器，在中段处设有旋帽，于旋帽下方接设吸管，上方凸设压管，旋帽螺接旋设瓶体螺接部上；
套盖，表面具有与压管呈对等数的穿孔，内壁面设有卡条；
承板，为板片，表面具有与凸柱对等数的定位孔；
其特征在于：瓶体下端面凸柱插设承板定位孔，上端面螺设的挤压器旋帽以一套盖向下盖合，套盖的内壁契合于旋帽外表面且卡条卡固旋帽底缘，瓶体上、下端的径向受限而定位组合瓶体靠合面靠触。
2、如权利要求1所述的改进结构的双液型容器，其特征在于：瓶体结组后的靠合面为近似浪弧曲面。
