本发明涉及物料搅拌装置，特别是一种塑料原料混合机。
                          背景技术
业已公知，有许多装置可用来混合物料，例如液态化学物质、粉状物料、颗粒物料。这些装置常常包括一个容器，该容器带有一个或多个马达驱动可旋转搅拌器，以混合容器内的物质，希望使之成为均匀的状态。现实工作中对塑料原料混合，选用多种混合方式混合，都不甚理想。本发明提出一种适用塑料原料混合的装置，检索专利文献及有关期刊，未见相同相似记载。
                          发明内容
本发明的目的提供一件有效解决塑料原料混合装置。它是这样实现的，一种塑料原料混合机，由贮罐机体、外筒、内筒、螺旋浆叶、电机、支架等构成，其特征在于贮罐器机体的外筒套内筒，内筒中心轴处安装纵向螺旋浆叶，螺旋浆叶上下和内筒高度相近，上下留有间隙。本装置是这样工作的，采用螺旋提升形式，将塑料物料由机体内筒底部快速提升到机体顶部，同时，均匀的分布散落到内筒外，外筒内，再由内筒螺旋浆叶将塑料物料由内筒外提升到顶部均匀的分布散落，塑料物料往复循环。提升过程是物料搅拌过程，均匀分布散落是进一步搅拌，一般物料两个循环即可。本装置有益效果主要有搅拌速度快、功率低、效率高、省电、省时、省力，操纵方便、可靠、占地面积小。

                          具体实施方式
如图制作本装置，型号不同，可不同配置。电机1利用Y90S1.1千瓦至7.5千瓦-6级，350电源，三相回线制，转速放置200-700转/分，可附载启动，装入塑料原料，塑料物料由机体内筒3底部快速提升到机体1顶部，同时，均匀的分布散落到内筒3外，外筒2内，再由内筒螺旋浆叶4将塑料物料由内筒外提升到顶部均匀的分布散落，塑料物料往复循环通过贮罐机体1观察口8，观察物料搅拌情况，两个循环即可，一般一次搅拌可达200-500公斤。
