Abstract
颅内血肿微创清除两点定向仪涉及一种医疗器备。针对采用YL－I型颅内血肿清除针具进行血肿清除术，尚无定向仪导向控制，而是靠手控制，故对深部血肿来说很难做到精确定位，影响疗效，而提出一种结构简单，能立体定位、导向穿刺到设置在颅内的任何靶点位置的颅内血肿微创清除两点定向仪。所采用的技术方案是有固定槽(9)的副框板(1)两端固定有滑动轴(2)，两滑动轴另一端插入有固定槽(9)的主框板(3)两端套筒内，副框板(1)固定槽(9)内放置有模块(12)，模块(12)一端内放置有固定钉(10)、另一端内螺纹与调节螺栓1啮合，主框板(3)的螺纹孔(4)与固定螺栓(5)啮合，主框板(3)的固定槽(9)内放置有上模块(7)和下模块(8)，上模块(7)和下模块(8)之间放置有主框板固定钉(6)。
Description
一.技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗设备，尤其是颅内血肿微创清除两点定向仪。
二.背景技术
采用YL-I型颅内血肿清除针具进行血肿清除术，是近年以来，广泛开展的一项重要医疗技术。YL-I型颅内穿刺针具在国内已作这种微创穿刺手术有十万余例，但尚无是在定向仪的导向下进行的，而是靠手控制，因而对深部血肿来说很难做到精确定位，因此常影响疗效。
三.发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，有立体定位、导向穿刺到设置颅内的任何靶点位置的颅内血肿微创清除两点定向仪。
本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是，包括有副框板、主框板、其有固定槽的副框板的两端固定有滑动轴，两滑动轴另一端插入有固定槽的主框板两端套筒内，副框板的固定槽内放置有模块，呈内台阶形的模块一端内放置套有弹簧的呈T形的固定钉、另一端内螺纹与调节螺栓啮合，主框板两端套筒的内螺纹与固定螺栓啮合、螺纹孔与固定螺栓啮合，主框板的固定槽内放置有凹形槽的呈内半圆弧面的上模块和下模块，上模块和下模块是内半圆弧面放置有中上部有横销的主框板固定钉，主框板固定钉的横销放置在上模块和下模块有凹固定钉的横销放置在上模块和下模块有凹形槽内。
使用本实用新型时，将头颅CT扫描下确定穿刺点及对应点位置，在头皮上标记此两点，安装时本实用新型，先移动主、副框板调整两固定钉，使其对准穿刺点，固定主框板，旋进固定螺栓，退出主框板固定钉，经定位穿刺模块的孔插入YL-1型颅内穿刺针具进行定向钻颅手术。
本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑，制作装配简捷，重量轻，成本低，同时定位导向准确，头颅固定牢靠，便于消毒，调节范围宽，适应颅内各部位血肿定向手术等特点。

五.具体实施方式
如附图1所示，有固定槽9的副框板1两端固定有滑动轴2，两滑动轴另一端插入有固定槽9的主框板3两端套筒内，副框板1固定槽9内放置有模块12，模块12一端内放置有固定钉10、另一端内螺纹与调节螺栓1啮合，主框板3的螺纹孔4与固定螺栓5啮合，主框板3的固定槽9内放置有上模块7和下模块8，上模块7和下模块8之间放置有主框板固定钉6。
图2，呈内台梯形的模块12一端内放置套有弹簧13的固定钉10、另一端内螺纹与调节螺栓11啮合。
图3，主框板3的固定槽9内放置有凹形槽15的呈内半圆统的上模块7和下模块8，上模块7和下模块8之间放置有带横销14的主框板固定钉6，主框板固定钉6的横销14放置在上模块7和下模块8有凹形槽15内。

1.一种颅内血肿微创清除两点定向仪，包括有副框板(1)、主框板(3)，其特征是有固定槽(9)的副框板(1)的两端固定有滑动轴(2)，两滑动轴(2)另一端插入有固定槽(9)的主框板(3)两端套筒内，副框板(1)的固定槽(9)内放置有模块(12)，呈内台阶形的模块(12)一端内放置套有弹簧(13)的呈T形的固定钉(10)、另一端内螺纹与调节螺栓(11)啮合，主框板(3)的两端套筒的内螺纹与固定螺栓(5)啮合、螺纹孔(4)与固定螺栓(5)啮合，主框板(3)的固定槽(9)内放置有凹形槽(15)的呈内半圆弧面的上模块(7)和下模块(8)，上模块(7)和下模块(8)之间内半圆弧面放置有中上部有横销(14)的主框板固定钉(6)，主框板固定钉(6)的横销(14)放置在上横块(7)和下模块(8)有凹形槽(15)内。
