Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种空调装置，具体说是一种大功率冷水机组。由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、膨胀阀及辅件构成，其中压缩机为螺杆压缩机，冷凝器和蒸发器均为套管式换热器，盘成椭圆形或圆形，上下叠放，螺杆压缩机安装在换热器的上方或中间，这样可以使机组结构更为紧凑、简洁，体积可以比使用壳管式换热器的机组减小三分之一、节省了原材料，成本仅为同型号机组的三分之二。

本实用新型涉及一种空调装置，具体说是一种大功率冷水机组。
                        技术背景
现有的模块化冷水机组主要由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、膨胀阀等构成，冷凝器和蒸发器通称为换热器，常见的换热器有壳管式换热器和套管式换热器，例如：中国专利00256108.5公开的“空调机组使用的套管式换热器”以及00256110.7公开的“大容量套管式换热器”、00256107.7公开的“一种模块化冷水机组”。由于套管式换热器自身的特点，传统观念认为套管式换热器只能用于小功率的冷水机组，配合活塞式压缩机使用；而大功率尤其是50匹以上功率的冷水机组一般采用大功率螺杆压缩机加体积庞大的壳管式换热器的结构。
                      发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小、效率高、生产成本低的大功率冷水机组。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
本实用新型所述的一种大功率冷水机组包括壳体、安装在壳体中的压缩机、与压缩机连接的冷凝器和蒸发器、连接在冷凝器和蒸发器之间的膨胀阀，其特征在于：所述的压缩机是螺杆压缩机，冷凝器和蒸发器均为套管式换热器。
冷凝器和蒸发器盘成圆形或椭圆形，上下叠放。
冷凝器和蒸发器中的传热管为螺旋管。
本实用新型所述的大功率冷水机组采用全新的设计理念，突破了套管式换热器只能用于小容量机组、配套小功率压缩机的局限，通过改善管道的管径、弯曲半径、冷媒的流动速度等参数设计，成功地解决了套管式换热器阻力大、回油困难、清洗不方便等缺陷。将其与螺杆压缩机配套使用，用于大功率的冷水机组，具有体积小、充氟量少、生产成本低的特点。

                  具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的一种大功率冷水机组由压缩机5、冷凝器1、蒸发器2、膨胀阀及辅件构成，其中压缩机5为螺杆压缩机，冷凝器1和蒸发器2均为图2所示的套管式换热器，由外套管11及内穿多根螺旋状的传热管12组成，外套管11使用镀锌钢管，内套管12为螺纹铜管，套管式冷凝器1和蒸发器2盘成椭圆形或圆形，上下叠放，螺杆压缩机安装在换热器的上方或中间，这样可以使机组结构更为紧凑、简洁，体积可以比使用壳管式换热器的机组减小三分之一。同时使用套管式换热器省去了复杂的加工工艺，节省了原材料，成本仅为同型号机组的三分之二。

Claims (3)

1、一种大功率冷水机组，包括壳体(7)、安装在壳体(7)中的压缩机(5)、与压缩机(5)连接的冷凝器(1)和蒸发器(2)、连接在冷凝器(1)和蒸发器(2)之间的膨胀阀，其特征在于：所述的压缩机(5)是螺杆压缩机，冷凝器(1)和蒸发器(2)均为套管式换热器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率冷水机组，其特征在于：冷凝器(1)和蒸发器(2)盘成圆形或椭圆形，上下叠放。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种大功率冷水机组，其特征在于：冷凝器(1)和蒸发器(2)中的传热管(12)为螺旋管。
