本实用新型提供一种快速致冷/加热的装置,包含一传温体、一隔温层及一温控组合体,该传温体包括一具有一内面与一外面的中空腔体、一由该内面包覆界定出的真空密闭容室,及灌注在该真空密闭容室的传温介质,该隔温层是包覆在该传温体的外周侧处,该温控组合体可接设在该传温体的一外侧面,以传递一能量源给传温体。本实用新型可以迅速高效率地传输冷、热能量。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种传温装置,特别是涉及一种可将冷、热能量迅速传输的快速致冷/加热的装置。
【背景技术】
依先行技艺所知,论能量的有效传递从来就是一个难题,且所用材料的传导系数也限制了传导效率;例如:现今都采用“热管”原理进行传热,即,通过在一封闭的环路中,包含在环路中的流体载体的传质和载体从液态到气态的相变,该载体的蒸发在管的一端吸收热量,载体蒸汽的冷凝在管的另一端释放热量;虽然热管比一般金属棒有较好的传热效率,但是,热管需要液体/蒸汽载体的循环流动,受到载体蒸发和冷凝相关温度的限制;结果导致热管轴向导热速度进一步受液体的蒸发潜热量的限制,并处在液态和气态之间的循环转变速度;热管从本质上来讲是对流的,因为无法完全保留热量与会向大气中损失热量等“热损失”而降低了传热效率。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以迅速高效率地传输冷、热能量的快速致冷/加热的装置。
依据本实用新型所提供的一种快速致冷/加热的装置,包含有一传温体、一隔温层及一温控组合体,该温控组合体,包括一发温单元及一电性连接该发温单元且控制该发温单元发冷或发热的控制单元;其特征在于:
该传温体,包括一具有一内面与一外面的中空腔体、一由该内面与外面包覆界定出的真空密闭容室,及灌注在该真空密闭容室的传温介质;
该隔温层,是包覆在该传温体的外周侧处,该传温体底部设一传温接触面,该温控组合体的发温单元接设在该传温体的传温接触面上。
本实用新型的快速致冷/加热的装置可以迅速高效率地传输冷、热能量。

【具体实施方式】
如图1、2所示,是本实用新型的第一较隹实施例,包含一传温体1、一包覆在该传温体1的外周面处的隔温层2,及一可供该传温体1一能量源的温控组合体3;另外,以下提到的类似元件,是以相同标号来表示。
该传温体1包括一具有一内面111与一外面112的中空腔体11、一由该内面111与外面112包覆界定出的真空密闭容室113,及灌注在该真空密闭容室113的传温介质;该真空密闭容室113是由中空腔体11经填充传温介质后真空抽吸封口后形成的传热体。
在此特别说明的是,该传温介质可以采用一般常用的传温介质,也可采用一种称为“超导传温介质”的传温介质。该超导传温介质可包括至少一种选自过氧化钠、氧化钠、氧化铍、倍半氧化锰、重铬酸铝、重铬酸钙、氧化硼、重铬酸根及其组合的化合物;及至少一种选自氧化钴、倍半氧化锰、氧化铍、铬酸锶、碳酸锶、氧化铑、氧化铜、β-钛、重铬酸钾、氧化硼、重铬酸钙、重铬酸锰、重铬酸铝、重铬酸根及其组合的化合物;与至少一种选自变性氧化铑、重铬酸钾、变性氧化镭、重铬酸钠、重铬酸银、单晶硅、氧化铍、铬酸锶、氧化硼、过氧化钠、β-钛、金属重铬酸盐及其组合的化合物;前述化合物依适当配方比例混合与一定制程而组构成超导传温介质;此外,在本例中该中空腔体11为选用铝、铜金属或合金金属或陶瓷/玻璃/石墨/导热塑料等导温隹的材料成型。
实务上,在注入传温介质前,是先将该真空密闭容室113内进行钝化处理并清洗烘干后,让该真空密闭容室113的内周面形成毛细面状,接着将传温介质注入(或填充入)真空密闭容室113内与使在容室113的内周面形成一传温介质层12;当传温介质在受温度激发后,该传温介质层12的可达纳米级的热分子产生振动传递,可使温控组合体3所产生的能量迅速传导遍布该传温体1的周环表面,且该传温介质在本例中,完全采用无机元素配制,工质能够有效抑制氢、氧分子产生,不会有爆炸条件(无爆炸危险),且形成一无放射性的超导传温体1(无毒、无污染、无腐蚀性);兹将本创作的超导传温体1与其他金属的温度传导系数(单位:w/m·℃)列表比较:

所以,本创作的超导传温体1具有:安全(无爆炸危险)、适用温度范围广(适合-150℃~+1000℃)、无放射性物质(无毒、无污染、无腐蚀性)及超高的温度传导系数。
该隔温层2是包覆在该传温体1的外周面处,如图2所示,该传温体1的底部未设该隔温层2而形成一传温接触面13。
该温控组合体3,包括一接设在该传温体1的传温接触面13的发温单元31,及一电性连接该发温单元31的控制单元32,该控制单元32可控制该发温单元31发冷或发热,该发温单元31包括一连接该传温体1的传温接触面13的发温体、一接设在该发温体的一端侧的散热片312,及一吹向该散热片312的风扇313,该发温体可为一陶瓷电热体、电热丝、致冷晶片……等具有发冷或发热的能量源,在本例中该发温体是采用一现有致冷晶片311,该致冷晶片311具有一冷端面(图未示)及一相反该冷端面的热端面(图未示);该控制单元32更包括一可控制该致冷晶片311发冷或发热的控温总成312,及一连接该控温总成321的电源322,该控温总成321可调变前述致冷晶片311的正、负极性,进而控制其发冷或发热动作或进一步设定其温度。
当该致冷晶片311受到控制单元32驱动形成发冷或发热时,借由该传温体1的超高温度传导系数(为铜金属的7000倍以上,目前实验数据可达银的25000~30000倍),可将温度迅速传递到该传温体1的内外周侧与获致快速致冷/加热的效果;如图2所示,该传温体1可螺结(或套设)在该温控组合体3上形成一体式型态,并其顶部设有一顶盖4,及一装设在该隔温层2周侧处的把手5,即可形成一携带式的冷/热随身杯;值得一提的是,该控制单元32的电源322可选用一般交流电源、直流电源(电池),或可插接车上点烟器电源使用;满足使用者在不同场所例如室内、户外或车上…等的使用需求,立即将欲致冷或加热的物品快速致冷/加热。
如图3、5所示,是本实用新型的第二较隹实施例,其不同于第一较隹实施例的地方在于:该传温体1为可往上拿开脱离该温控组合体3’的分离式设计。
如图7、8所示,该温控组合体3更包括一接设该致冷晶片311的另一端侧的金属导温片33、一环设在该金属导温片33的周侧的压板34、数装设在该散热片312与该压板34之间的弹性元件35,及一位于该散热片312与该压板34之间的微动开关36,该微动开关36是电性连接该控制单元32以控制其ON/OFF者;如图3所示,该控制单元32更包括一连接该温控总成321的温度显示器323,及一装设在该温控总成321与电源322之间的电源开关324。
如图3、4所示,使用时,当使用者将传温体1置放在如图5所示的温控组合体3’的金属导温片33上时,该压板34受到该传温体1的重量挤压影响,而往下移动并触碰到该微动开关36(如图7所示)使形成″ON″状态,接着驱动控制单元32的控温总成321控制该致冷晶片311产生发冷或发热动作,又如图6所示,该控温总成321更具有一控制该致冷晶片311发冷或发热的冷键/热键选择开关3211;当使用者拿开传温体1脱离该温控组合体3’时,该压板34将受到该等弹性元件35的弹性回复力复归原位,使该压板34不碰触该微动开关36而呈″OFF″状态,切断发冷/发热的动作。
Claims (8)
1.一种快速致冷/加热的装置,包含有一传温体、一隔温层及一温控组合体,该温控组合体,包括一发温单元及一电性连接该发温单元且控制该发温单元发冷或发热的控制单元;其特征在于:
该传温体,包括一具有一内面与一外面的中空腔体、一由该内面与外面包覆界定出的真空密闭容室,及灌注在该真空密闭容室的传温介质;
该隔温层,是包覆在该传温体的外周侧处,该传温体底部设一传温接触面,该温控组合体的发温单元接设在该传温体的传温接触面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该传温介质在该真空密闭容室之内面形成一传温介质层。
3.如权利要求1所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该发温单元包括一连接该传温体的传温接触面的发温体、一接设在该发温体的一端侧的散热片,及一吹向该散热片的风扇。
4.如权利要求3所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该发温体为一致冷晶片。
5.如权利要求3所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该发温体为一电热体。
6.如权利要求3所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该发温体为一电热丝。
7.如权利要求1所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该控制单元更包括一控制该发温体发冷或发热的控温总成,及一连接该控温总成的电源。
8.如权利要求1所述的快速致冷/加热的装置,其特征在于:
该温控组合体更包括一接设该发温体的另一端侧的金属导温片、一环设在该金属导温片的周侧的压板、数装设在该散热片与该压板之间的弹性元件,及一位于该散热片与该压板之间的微动开关。
