Abstract

一种易加工偏心蝶阀的阀板,系一种轴偏心和角偏心的复合双偏心阀板。阀板的密封面近似球面,由于角偏心的作用使得阀板相对于其中心线不对称,在工作时可以挤压阀座使其发生变形而密封效果较之现有技术更好,并且易于加工。实验证明用本阀板结合相应的阀座所制得的蝶阀具有耐高温,防火,耐固体冲刷的性能,密封可达到气级,零泄漏。

偏心蝶阀的阀板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及到蝶阀领域,特别是一种易加工偏心蝶阀阀板。
背景技术
由于制造成本低廉,蝶阀被广泛应用于大口径管道控制系统。传统的蝶阀阀板是不偏心或单偏心的,性能较好的有二偏心或三偏心的。中国专利CN2143896Y、CN2413101Y、CN2307960Y即公开了这样一些蝶阀。蝶阀性能的好坏主要取决于阀板和阀座的配合。现有技术的阀板或者由于结构所限不能用作切断阀,或者不能适应高温、固体冲刷等条件苛刻的场合,或者阀板的结构复杂难以加工,如上述二维偏心蝶阀的阀板。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,设计一种易于加工,可以在高温固体冲刷严重等苛刻条件下使用,且可做为切断阀偏心蝶阀的阀板。
本实用新型任务的技术措施如下:
一种偏心蝶阀的阀板,包括密封面为曲面的阀板,偏于阀板一侧而与之相连的阀板轴,其特征在于所述阀板的密封面为球面。
所述阀板的形状是由以下几何位置确定的:以阀板轴的轴心为圆心做一水平中心线和一偏离此中心线α角度的横向偏心线;同样,做此轴心的垂直中心线以及偏离此中心线α角度的纵向偏心线,以横向偏心线为中心线上、下各做一等距离平行偏移线,再根据纵向偏心线做一偏向阀板出水方向的平行偏移线,以该偏移线与上述两偏移线的交点为圆心分别画圆所得的圆弧线与阀板的板厚边线相交所围成的形状即构成所述阀板的沿厚度方向的截面形状。
所述α角为2°~4°度。
按照上述措施所制得的蝶阀阀板,易于加工,性能可靠,其配合相应的弹性密封阀座,在角偏心的作用下,阀板相对于其中心线不对称,工作时可挤压阀座而使其发生变形,从而使密封达到理想效果。用本阀板所制成的蝶阀经大量实验证明完全能够适应高温、防火、固体冲刷条件苛刻场合的需要,寿命长,且密封能达到气泡级、零泄漏。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
偏心蝶阀的阀板,包括阀板2,偏于阀板2之介质进口一侧而与之通过销轴9可拆卸或固定联接的连作一体的阀板轴13。
阀板2的密封面1为球面。阀板的具体形状是由以下几何位置的图形确定的:以阀板轴13的轴心为圆心做一水平中心线4和一偏离此中心线α角度的横向偏心线5;同样,做此轴心的垂直中心线6以及偏离此中心线α角度的纵向偏心线7,以横向偏心线5为中心线上、下各做一等距离平行偏移线3、4,再根据纵向偏心线7做一偏向阀板2出水方向的平行偏移线8,以该偏移线8与上述两偏移线3、4的交点为圆心分别画圆所得的圆弧线与阀板2的板厚边线10、11相交所围成的形状即构成所述阀板2的沿厚度方向的截面形状。
偏心角α根据阀门公称通径的不同而有所不同,一般为为2°~4°度。
本实用新型所配用的阀座12为弹性金属硬密封阀座(图1),也可以是橡胶的。

Claims (4)

1.一种偏心蝶阀的阀板,包括密封面(1)为曲面的阀板(2),偏于阀板(2)一侧而与之相连的阀板轴(13),其特征在于所述阀板(2)的密封面(1)为球面。
2.依照权利要求1所述的偏心蝶阀的阀板,其特征在于所述阀板的形状是由以下几何位置确定的:以阀板轴(13)的轴心为圆心做一水平中心线(4)和一偏离此中心线α角度的横向偏心线(5);同样,做此轴心的垂直中心线(6)以及偏离此中心线α角度的纵向偏心线(7),以横向偏心线(5)为中心线上、下各做一等距离平行偏移线(3、4),再根据纵向偏心线(7)做一偏向阀板(2)出水方向的平行偏移线(8),以该偏移线(8)与上述两偏移线(3、4)的交点为圆心分别画圆所得的圆弧线与阀板(2)的板厚边线(10、11)相交所围成的形状即构成所述阀板(2)的沿厚度方向的截面形状。
3.依照权利要求2所述的偏心蝶阀的阀板,其特征在于所述阀板轴(3)与阀板(2)是通过销轴(9)可拆卸或固定联接的。
4.依照权利要求1、2或3所述的偏心蝶阀的阀板,其特征在于所述α角为2°~4°度。
