背景技术
目前,市场上常用的止回阀一般受到管道使用压力大小等限制,且密封效果不够。如升降式止回阀,在使用过程中阀芯经常被卡住,影响正常使用;而摆动式止回阀的密封性能较差,且不适用于低压容器的管路。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种结构简单、密封性能好,不受使用压力大小限制的止回阀。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现:
本实用新型包括阀体,在阀体上设置有阀盖,阀体的一端出口内腔为锥形,在锥形口内腔安置有止回珠。
本实用新型中阀体的一端出口内腔为圆锥形,当然,也可为喇叭形或其他圆滑的形状,应使该阀体端口内腔形状与止回珠对应,以使之密封严密。
本实用新型由于采用止回珠和锥形口配合的结构,使本实用新型不受管道大小及压力的限制,结构简单,密封性能好,不易损坏,且安装维修方便。

如图所示,本实用新型包括阀体2,在阀体2上设置有阀盖1,阀体2的一端出口内腔为锥形,在锥形口内腔安置有止回珠3。具体说:阀体2的一端出口内腔为圆锥形,止回珠应采用钢珠。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:本实用新型含止回珠3的管路应竖直放置。当气体或液体正常流动时,止回珠脱离锥形口,阀门打开。当气体或液体反向倒流时,即推动止回珠向锥形口移动并卡紧,阀门即关闭。
