Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电热陶瓷制品,特别是一种用非金属材料作导电体的红外辐射电热瓷砖。技术方案是在瓷砖的外表层釉和瓷砖基体之间复合填充有非金属材料制成的导电体层,为了方便瓷砖之间导电连接,在瓷砖基体内表层的对应的侧边上平行开设有插接连接电极长方形凹槽。采用该技术的瓷砖由于中间非金属导电体,经高温烧结后,在加热时不会出现静电和漏电现象,同时产生较高的红外线,具有很高的热转换效率,实验表明,其电热转换效率可达到99.6%,比金属导电体的热效率提高20-30个百分点。

红外辐射电热瓷砖
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种电热陶瓷制品,特别是一种用非金属材料作导电体的红外辐射电热瓷砖。
二、背景技术:现有的瓷砖不具有导电性,而由金属导电材料或者金属复合材料制成单一直接加热体,用在瓷砖加热成本昂贵并且加热效率低,瓷砖表面容易产生静电和漏电现象。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是为了解决瓷砖本身导电性差的缺陷,提供一种用非金属材料作为导电体的红外电热瓷砖。实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:在瓷砖的外表层釉和瓷砖基体之间复合填充有非金属材料制成的导电体层,为了方便瓷砖之间导电连接,在瓷砖基体内表层的对应的侧边上平行开设有插接连接电极长方形凹槽。采用该技术的瓷砖由于中间非金属导电体,经高温烧结后,在加热时不会出现静电和漏电现象,同时产生较高的红外线,具有很高的热转换效率,实验表明,其电热转换效率可达到99.6%,比金属导电体的热效率提高20-30个百分点。

具体实施方式:参照附图,在瓷砖基体3上复合一层由0.5-2%的非金属导电碳粉和陶土加至100%后混合组成的导电体层4,经高温烧结后,形成外表层釉5作绝缘层。在瓷砖基体3内表层的一组对应的侧边上分别开设有与电极1插接配合的长方形电极凹槽2,导电层与电极1连接后与电源连接,由于中间导电体层的非金属导电材料具有产生红外辐射的能力,由此制成了红外辐射电热瓷砖。

1、一种红外辐射电热瓷砖,其特征是在瓷砖的外表层釉和瓷砖基体之间复合填充有非金属材料制成的导电体层,在瓷砖基体的内表层对应的侧边上分别开长方形的电极凹槽。
