Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种纸质吸奶垫(26)，依次包含吸水纸层(22)、PE(纸塑复合)膜(23)、纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层(24)和无纺布层(25)，表面开设多个微孔的PE膜(23)能够使肌肤和乳头散发的湿气透过以达到透气功能，吸水纸层(22)的边缘与无纺布层(25)的边缘粘合在一起从而将纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层(24)和PE膜(23)限定在其间。这种结构的吸奶垫透气性和母乳吸收性俱佳，因此非常适于哺乳期内女性穿戴。

本实用新型涉及一种纸质吸奶垫，特别涉及一种具有透气和吸收母乳功能的纸质吸奶垫。
背景技术
已经于2001年1月3日授权的中国实用新型专利No.00205758.1公开了一种胸罩衬垫，图1为这种结构胸罩的剖面图。如图1所示，在胸罩罩杯夹层2之间设置合适形状的衬垫1，衬垫1由垫体11和通过表面热压覆设在垫体11上的表布12组成，表布12可采用丝棉等材料。垫体11上设置若干贯通垫体的气孔13，并且垫体11本身由较厚的弹性泡棉材料制成。但是对于哺乳期内的女性，图1所示结构的衬垫并不合适。具体而言，由于女性在哺乳期间会有母乳从乳头渗出，并且产生较多的湿气，因此对衬垫的透气性和母乳吸收性都有较高的要求，而在上述结构的衬垫中，丝棉本身的透气性和吸附母乳的能力不能令人满意，并且垫体又较厚，因此不适于哺乳期妇女穿戴。
发明内容
针对上述情况，本实用新型的目的是提供一种透气性和吸收母乳能力俱佳的纸质吸奶垫。
为此本实用新型提供一种纸质吸奶垫，其中吸奶垫为复合层结构，依次包含吸水纸层、PE(纸塑复合)膜、纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层和无纺布层，PE膜表面具有多个透气微孔，防水纸层的边缘与无纺布层的边缘粘合在一起从而将高分子吸水性聚合体层和PE膜限定在其间。

较佳实施例描述
以下借助图2描述本实用新型的较佳实施例。在图2中，吸奶垫26依次包括吸水纸层22、PE(纸塑复合)膜23、纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层24和无纺布层25，其中无纺布层25质地比较膨松柔软，因此与肌肤和乳头接触时不会产生不适感；纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层24由纸浆和高分子吸水性聚合体材料混合构成，其吸收母乳的能力较强，因此无纺布层的母乳可以被该层充分吸收；PE膜23为一层透气性能较好的纸塑复合薄膜，表面具有多个微孔，微孔的尺寸介于1-20微米之间，因此肌肤散发和母乳所含的湿气能够很容易透过该层薄膜；吸水纸层22由吸水纸制成，主要是防止母乳和湿气渗入外罩杯夹层27b。比较好的是，吸水纸层22的边缘与无纺布层25的边缘粘合在一起从而将PE膜23和纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层24限定在其间。
如图2所示，吸奶垫26放置在内罩杯夹层27a与外罩杯夹层27b之间。对于内外罩杯夹层之间有接缝的胸罩，吸奶垫26可以方便地通过接缝取出和插入。为了使吸奶垫26能够固定在内外罩杯夹层之间，可以在吸水纸层22上设置胶粘带21，从而将吸奶垫26与外罩杯夹层27b粘合在一起。当需要更换吸奶垫26时，可将其与外罩杯夹层27b剥离然后取出。

Claims (3)

1.一种纸质吸奶垫，其特征在于吸奶垫(26)为复合层结构，依次包含吸水纸层(22)、PE(纸塑复合)膜(23)、纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层(24)和无纺布层(25)，PE膜(23)表面具有多个透气微孔，吸水纸层(22)的边缘与无纺布层(25)的边缘粘合在一起从而将纸浆与高分子吸水性聚合体层(24)和PE膜(23)限定在其间。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸质吸奶垫，其特征在于在所述吸水纸层(22)表面设置胶粘带(21)以将纸质吸奶垫(26)与胸罩外罩杯夹层(27b)粘合起来。
3.如权利要求1所述的纸质吸奶垫，其特征在于所述PE膜(23)表面透气微孔的尺寸为1-20微米。
