Abstract

一种新型多用途电流互感器，是由保护绕组、计量绕组、一次导体、浇铸体以及兼作为隔离开关触头的下接线端构成；在其主绝缘浇铸体(一般为环氧树脂)上铸有法兰盘及安装螺孔。因保护绕组与计量绕组体积不同(保护绕组较大)两绕组分别位于法兰盘两侧，只是一端较粗另一端较细，可方便于当电流互感器兼作隔离开关支架时使用，此结构使得该电流互感器即可当作穿墙套管使用，又可当作隔离开关的一端支架使用。

本实用新型涉及一种高压电器元件，特别是在供电系统中广泛用于各种配电设备中的电流互感器。
背景技术
目前，国内的电流互感器是一种单纯用于测量一次电流(最多具有穿墙功能)的专用设备。在成套配电设备中作为一个独立元件使用，不与其它元件结合后再使用，而是用导线连接起来再使用，存在占用空间大、造价高的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种新型多用途电流互感器，它能够与隔离开关组合为一体使用，减小体积、降低了造价。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型多用途电流互感器，是由保护绕组、计量绕组、一次导体、浇铸体以及兼作为隔离开关触头的下接线端构成；其中，电流互感器的法兰盘两侧分别为保护绕组和计量绕组，计量绕组线圈侧的外径比另一侧的要小。在一次回路接线端安装一个隔离开关的触头。整个电流互感器兼作有穿墙功能的隔离开关一端的支撑部件。本实用新型即可测量电流、又可作为穿墙套管及隔离开关的一端支架使用。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2(a)、(b)，本实用新型是由电流互感器1，开关设备隔板2，隔离开关动刀臂3、隔离开关动支架4、接地刀臂5、绝缘子6及绝缘拉杆7构成一个电流测量兼电压隔离的小型组合装置。电流互感器的下接线端兼作隔离开关的静触头；整个浇铸体又兼作了隔离开关整个静端支撑部件。当动刀臂3在绝缘拉杆7的作用下绕动支架转动，使动刀臂3与电流互感器一次导体间的距离达到安全距离以上，实现了电压隔离的目的。由此可见，此电流互感器与隔离开关组合使用，实现了电流测量、导体穿墙及电压隔离等三项主要功能。

1、一种新型多用途电流互感器，其特征在于：是由保护绕组、计量绕组、一次导体、浇铸体以及兼作为隔离开关触头的下接线端构成；其中，电流互感器的法兰盘两侧分别为保护绕组线圈和计量绕组线圈，计量绕组的外径比法兰盘另一侧的保护绕组要小，在一次回路接线端安装一个隔离开关的触头。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多用途电流互感器，其特征在于：整个电流互感器兼作有穿墙功能的隔离开关一端的支撑部件。
