Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型空气床垫自动开关气阀,气阀由气阀主体、弹性密封胶片和气阀底座组成。在气阀腔体中装有弹性密封胶片,空气床快速充气后,通过弹性密封胶片的复位作用,可即时完全关闭气阀出气口,防止气流外泄。本结构密封性好,自动开放,自动关闭,结构简单、可靠、实用,是新一代的空气床充气阀。

Description

新型自动开关气阀
本发明涉及一种气阀,特别是一种适于家庭使用的空气床垫自动开关气阀,属家庭日常用产品。
目前市面上的空气床,因其美观、轻便、省材、价廉、很受消费者的欢迎。但以往的空气床一般是用一种固定在床垫上的气阀来充气、放气,这种气阀结构不太合理,充满气后,要用胶塞塞紧气阀进气孔,然后拧紧阀门瓶盖。这种气阀密封性差,床垫充气后,因垫内压力大,气体泄漏快,往往要重新补充充气,这就需要在床垫上另外安装一个补气的气咀,实不方便。
本实用新型提供一种新型自动开关气阀,其密封性好,充气快速、自动开放、自动关闭,从而达到自动、快速、密封,无泄漏的充气目的。
本实用新型是这样工作的:本气阀由气阀主体、弹性密封胶片和气阀底座组成。在气阀主体腔体中设置有弹性密封胶片。其结构方式为气阀主体1在上,弹性密封胶片2居中,气阀底座3置于弹性密封胶片2之下,即弹性密封胶片2由气阀主体1之外缘及气阀底座3来固定。在气阀主体1上有开有排气口5,供充气时排气用。将本气阀安装于空气床垫侧面上,当充气时,将充气机的充气口对准气阀主体上的进气口,当有气流通过入口时,气流压力将气阀主体腔体中的弹性密封胶片向下压,使之向下弹性变形,这样使进气口与气阀主体上的排气口相通,此时由进气口进入之气流便可经排气口进入气床内部,从而达到充气的效果。当床垫内空气达到一定的压力、充气完毕时,由进气口注入之气流消失,由气流所产生之压力随之消失,此时弹性密封胶片将在其自身之弹性及床垫内部气压之双重作用下,恢复其原本之形状,紧贴着排气口,并将排气口与进气口之通道隔开,此时气阀再度恢复为密封状态,保持着空气床垫内正常的空气压力。

图1中,1.气阀主体;2.弹性密封胶片;3.气阀底座;4.进气口;5.排气口。
在图1中,气阀主体1上开有排气口5,在其腔体中设置有弹性密封胶片2,气阀主体1另一端为进气口4,进气口4贯通整个气阀主体。在密封胶片2上面为气阀主体1,在密封胶片2下面为气阀底座3,密封胶片2由气阀主体1之外缘及气阀底座3来固定。密封胶片2的底面与气阀主体1中的进气口及排气口紧密接触,并正对着阀门的进气口。当充气时,阀门打开,气流压力将气阀主体腔体中的弹性密封胶片向内压,使之向下弹性变形,使进气口与阀体上的排气口相通,此时由进气口进入的气流便可经排气口进入气床内,从而达到充气的目的。若充气完毕时,由进气口流入的气流消失,由气流所产生的压力亦随之消失,此时弹性密封胶片在其身的弹性及床垫内部气压双重作用下,恢复其原本之形状,紧贴并密封着进气口和排气口,保持着空气床垫内正常的空气压力。

在图2中,气阀主体1中设有进气口4和排气口5,当充气时,气阀中进气口4和排气口5相通,便于气流通过,当停止充气时,进气口4和排气口相隔开,阻止床垫内气流外流。
图3中,1.气阀主体;2.弹性密封胶片;3.气阀底座。
在图3中,弹性密封胶片2被置于气阀主体1的腔体中,并由气阀主体1的外缘和气阀底座3来固定,即胶片2被固定在气阀主体1及气阀底座3之间。本结构气阀主体1、气阀底座3均用塑料制造,密封胶片2用橡胶制造。
本实用新型除用于空气床垫自动充气外,还可用于充气沙发、充气椅、充气船、充气体育气垫等。
本实用新型结构新颖,简单实用,充气快,密封性好,能自动开关出气口,无泄漏,是一种新型的空气床垫自动开关气阀。

Claims (2)

1.一种由气阀主体、底座、密封胶片组成的新型自动开关气阀,其特征是气阀主体1腔体中设置有弹性密封胶片2,在气阀主体上开有排气口5,气阀底座3置于弹性密封胶片2之下,由气阀主体1之外缘与气阀底座3将弹性密封胶片2固定在气阀主体1和气阀底座3之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型自动开关气阀,其特征是所述的气阀主体1、气阀底座3均由塑料制造,弹性密封胶片2由橡胶制造。
