本实用新型提供一种摆线蜗杆卷帘机，包括蜗轮、蜗杆、输出轴、电机，其中蜗轮与输出轴固定联接，其特征在于：增设了摆线行星传动机构，其输出法兰与蜗杆固定联接，其偏心轴承与电机的输出轴固定联接。该卷帘机在有限的空间内，通过引入摆线行星传动机构，将电机的输出转矩由摆线行星传动机构和蜗轮蜗杆机构进行高倍放大，能驱动较大负荷，可广泛应用于蔬菜、花卉、牧业饲养、水产养殖用大棚的卷帘，工作性能良好。

本实用新型提供一种摆线蜗杆卷帘机，属于机电一体化的动力传动装置。
背景技术
目前卷帘机的传动方式大多数采用蜗轮蜗杆和齿轮传动，在同样速比的前提下卷帘机体积比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小、速比高的摆线蜗杆卷帘机，具体是：
包括蜗轮、蜗杆、输出轴、电机，其中蜗轮与输出轴固定联接，其特征在于：增设了摆线行星传动机构，其输出法兰与蜗杆固定联接，其偏心轴承与电机的输出轴固定联接。
所述的摆线蜗杆卷帘机，偏心轴承与电机的输出轴经键固定联接。
其工作原理为：电机的输出轴与摆线行星传动机构的偏心轴承固定联接，将其动力传递到摆线行星传动机构，再由摆线行星传动机构的输出法兰与蜗杆固定联接，将转矩传递到蜗杆，经蜗杆、蜗轮放大后最后由输出轴输出，卷动草帘。

摆线行星传动机构的偏心轴承6与电机7的输出轴经键5固定联接，其输出法兰4与蜗杆3固定联接，将电机7的动力传递到到蜗杆3，经蜗杆3、蜗轮2放大后最后由输出轴1输出，卷动草帘。

1、一种摆线蜗杆卷帘机，包括输出轴(1)、蜗轮(2)、蜗杆(3)、电机(7)，其中蜗轮(2)与输出轴(1)固定联接，其特征在于：增设了摆线行星传动机构，其输出法兰(4)与蜗杆(3)固定联接，其偏心轴承(6)与电机(7)的输出轴固定联接。
2、如权利要求1所述的摆线蜗杆卷帘机，其特征在于：偏心轴承(6)与电机(7)的输出轴经键(5)固定联接。
