Abstract

本实用新型是一种整体式豆浆机，属于食品加工机械。主要解决现有供商业用的小型豆浆加工设备存在的制造成本高、使用占地面积大、热利用率低、有安全隐患的缺点。本实用新型包括机外壳、磨浆装置、带有出浆口和罐盖的煮浆罐，其特征是所说的煮浆罐外还套有装有排汽阀、进水管和出水管的环状水箱，煮浆罐内装有与环状水箱相通的进汽管，至少一根电热管位于煮浆罐的下方且固定在环状水箱上。

本实用新型属于食品加工机械。
                          背景技术
现有供商业用的小型豆浆加工设备通常由磨浆装置、煮浆罐和加热装置三个基本部件构成，其中加热装置为小型锅炉，通过管道对煮浆罐进行加热，存在设备制造成本高、使用占地面积大、热利用率低的缺点，尤其是商业用小型豆浆加工设备通常是在人群密集的地方使用，因此存在较大的安全隐患。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、制造成本低、使用占地面积小、热利用率高、无安全隐患的整体式豆浆机。
本实用新型包括机外壳、磨浆装置、带有出浆口和罐盖的煮浆罐。
本实用新型是这样实现的：所说的煮浆罐外还套有装有排汽阀、进水管和出水管的环状水箱，煮浆罐内装有与环状水箱相通的进汽管，至少一根电热管位于煮浆罐的下方且固定在环状水箱上。
上述煮浆罐装有温度计，环状水箱装有水位计。
本实用新型采用电热管代替锅炉，通过被加热的水及水蒸气对煮浆罐中的浆液进行加热，首先能够消除因使用锅炉而存在的安全隐患，其次能够较大地降低设备制造成本，提高热利用率，同时采用整体式结构，能够减少使用时的占地面积。

下面结合附图进一步说明实施例：
机外壳1、罐盖4、煮浆罐5、环状水箱9和进汽管10均采用不锈钢材料制造，其中，机外壳1的底部装有四个万向轮14，煮浆罐5的直径350mm、高300mm，其上装有出浆口3，环状水箱9的直径400mm、高350mm，进汽管10的直径16mm，磨浆装置2采用自动分离式100型磨浆机，进水管7和出水管8采用直径12.7mm的镀锌管，电热管11采用功率为1500W的电热管，共三根，温度计12采用可供食品加工使用的温度计，排汽阀6和水位计13均采用常规件，按前述方式组装各部件即成为本实用新型。

Claims (2)

1、一种整体式豆浆机，包括机外壳、磨浆装置、带有出浆口和罐盖的煮浆罐，其特征是所说的煮浆罐外还套有装有排汽阀、进水管和出水管的环状水箱，煮浆罐内装有与环状水箱相通的进汽管，至少一根电热管位于煮浆罐的下方且固定在环状水箱上。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种整体式豆浆机，其特征是所说的煮浆罐装有温度计，环状水箱装有水位计。
