Abstract

一种电连接器,包括上壳体、下壳体、端子模组、印刷电路板、锁扣片、金属片及线缆固持部。其中,所述上壳体设有解锁按钮及致动柱。所述锁扣片包括一对锁扣臂、一对用以与对接连接器相扣接的锁扣部、一对连接锁扣臂与锁扣部的连接部以及一对分别自两个锁扣臂边缘垂直向上延伸的致动臂。每一致动臂末端相对弯折水平延伸设有致动部。当按压解锁按钮时,致动柱向下致动锁扣片的致动部,从而使锁扣部与对接连接器相分离。该电连接器的锁扣片与对接连接器解锁方便,易于操作。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,特别是指一种设有锁扣装置的电连接器。
【背景技术】
移动通信装置,例如蜂窝电话、寻呼机、个人数字助理等,最近几年得到广泛的应用。这类装置通常需要充电或与其它装置相连,例如与个人计算机相连接,以上传或下载数据,而这类装置一般是通过电连接器与外部设备连接。所述电连接器一般都设有锁扣装置,该锁扣装置包括一对锁扣臂及与锁扣臂相连接的按钮。每个锁扣臂末端设有锁扣爪用来与对接连器相扣接。所述按钮一般设在电连接器壳体上,使用者通过按压按钮来致动锁扣臂,进而致动其末端的锁扣爪,从而使电连接器与对接连接器分开。当按钮松开时,锁扣臂复位并带动锁扣爪向后弹开。
但是,上述现有技术中,锁扣臂为简单的平直结构,因此锁扣装置的复位能力较差,而且两锁扣臂在作动时不易同步,在将电连接器与其对接连接器相分离时,不利于操作。
【发明内容】
本实用新型目的在于提供一种具有较佳复位功能及易操作性的锁扣装置的电连接器。
本实用新型电连接器,包括上壳体、下壳体、端子模组、印刷电路板、锁扣片、金属片及线缆固持部。其中,所述上壳体设有解锁按钮及致动柱。所述锁扣片包括一对锁扣臂、一对用以与对接连接器相扣接的锁扣部、一对连接锁扣臂与锁扣部的连接部以及一对分别自两个锁扣臂边缘垂直向上延伸的致动臂。每一致动臂末端相对弯折水平延伸设有制动部。当按压解锁按钮时,致动柱向下致动锁扣片的致动部,从而使锁扣部与对接连接器相分离。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器的锁扣片上设有致动臂及致动部,通过改变力的作用点,使锁扣片具有较佳复位功能及作动时的同步性,从而在与对接连接器分离时更易于操作。

【具体实施方式】
请参见图1及图2所示,本实用新型电连接器1包括上壳体10、下壳体20、收容若干导电端子31的端子模组30、开关50、印刷电路板40、锁扣片60、金属片70以及线缆固持部80。
所述上壳体10前端设有解锁按钮11,而中部设有同步按钮12。同步按钮12下方设有顶柱16,围绕顶柱16设有若干定位柱15。一对致动柱14从解锁按钮11向下凸伸。上壳体10下表面靠近后端还设有一对上对接柱13。下壳体20前端设有一对下定位口21,而后端设有一对下对接柱22。端子模组30包括绝缘本体36、设置在绝缘本体36上的若干沟槽3 2以及被收容在沟槽32中的若干导电端子31。绝缘本体36设有一对凹进部35用来卡持印刷电路板40。绝缘本体36还设有一对位于绝缘本体36两侧的通道34以及一对位于绝缘本体36两外侧的上定位口33。金属片70包括基部71及弯折部73,其中基部71上设有中心孔72及围绕中心孔的若干定位孔75,弯折部73上设有一对凹口74。线缆固持部80设有通孔81用来收容线缆末端,以及一对上下贯穿并与上对接柱13及下对接柱22分别对应的对接孔82。
请参见图3所示,锁扣片60包括一对锁扣臂63,一对分别从两锁扣臂63前端边缘垂直向上延伸的致动臂66,一对分别位于两锁扣臂63前端并与锁扣臂63相垂直的连接部64,一对分别位于两连接部64前端用以与对接连接器(未图示)相扣接的锁扣部61以及位于锁扣臂63后端用以卡持线缆的卷曲部62。其中,每一致动臂66末端相对弯折水平延伸设有致动部65。
请参见图4到图8所示,组装时,开关50焊接在印刷电路板40的特定位置,印刷电路板40卡持在凹进部35中并与导电端子31相焊接,锁扣片60的致动臂66穿过端子模组30上的通道34使得致动部65高于绝缘本体36上表面。这样,锁扣片60稳固组设在端子模组30上。而端子模组30则通过在上定位口33及对应的下定位口21中拧入螺丝或螺栓(未图示)而固定在下壳体20上。这样,开关50、印刷电路板40、端子模组30及锁扣片60整体固定在下壳体20上。
金属片70贴覆在上壳体10的下表面,其中顶柱16穿过中心孔72,定位柱15穿过对应的定位孔75,致动柱14则穿过对应的凹口74。
通过将上对接柱13及下对接柱22插入对应的的对接孔82而使线缆固持部80固持在上壳体10与下壳体20之间。组装后,顶柱16抵持开关50,而致动柱14则抵持致动部65。
使用中,将电连接器1与对接连接器分离时,首先按压解锁按钮11使致动柱14向下致动致动部65,再松开解锁按钮11,致动部65及金属片70的弯折部73向上弹起,锁扣部61即可得到足够的弹力从而与对接连接器相分离。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,至少包括上壳体、下壳体、端子模组、锁扣片及线缆固持部,其中,所述锁扣片包括一对锁扣臂,以及一对用以与对接连接器相扣接的锁扣部,其特征在于:所述锁扣臂彼此相连成一体且每个锁扣臂上均设有沿竖直平面延伸的致动臂,该致动臂高于锁扣部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述致动臂末端相向水平延伸设有致动部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣部低于锁扣臂,且其间还设有一对分别连接锁扣臂与锁扣部的连接部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组两边各设有一条通道用来收容锁扣片的致动臂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上壳体设有解锁按钮及致动柱用来作动致动部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括印刷电路板及金属片。
7.一种电连接器,包括锁扣片,该锁扣片包括锁扣臂及锁扣部,其特征在于:所述锁扣臂彼此相连成一体且每个锁扣臂上均设有沿竖直平面延伸的致动臂,该致动臂高于锁扣部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述致动臂末端相向水平延伸设有致动部。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣部低于锁扣臂,且其间还设有一对分别连接锁扣臂与锁扣部的连接部。
