一种电子单摆物料定位检测仪，由支架、摆杆、轴承、电磁铁。非接触式行程开关和电控箱组成，摆杆穿过支架，轴承套装在摆杆上，磁铁装在支架内的摆杆上，电磁铁装在支架顶端，非接触式行程开关位于磁铁一侧，电控箱和电磁铁和非接触式行程开关相连。本实用新型通过电磁铁吸力自动启动、维护单摆摆动，以及限制其摆动幅度。当物料未达到指定物料位线时，摆杆在限定的摆幅内自由摆动，并通过行程开关检测这种摆动。当物料达到指定位线，单摆停止摆动，行程开关给出摆杆触料信号。本实用新型结构简单，检测稳定可靠，且投资少，无辐射。

                   技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固体物料定位检测仪，具体地是一种可自动检测各种固体物料是否超过指定位线的电子单摆物料定位检测仪。
                   技术背景
目前，在水泥等粉状物生产或加工行业中，一般采用γ射线物料定位检测仪，而该设备具有辐射，同时成本高。
                   发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，投资少，检测稳定可靠的固体物料定位控制装置子单摆物料定位检测仪。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种电子单摆物料定位检测仪，由支架、摆杆、轴承、电磁铁、非接触式行程开关和电控箱组成，摆杆穿过支架，轴承套装在摆杆上，磁铁装在支架内的摆杆上，电磁铁装在支架顶端，非接触式行程开关位于磁铁一侧，电控箱和电磁铁和非接触式行程开关相连。
所述的电控箱电路由信号转换电路、定时电路、功率放大电路、多诣振荡电路、定时电路、隔离电路和消库信号电路组成。
本实用新型通过电磁铁吸力自动启动、维护单摆摆动，以及限制其摆动幅度。当物料未达到指定物料位线时，摆杆在限定的摆幅内自由摆动，并通过行程开关检测这种摆动。当物料达到指定位线，单摆停止摆动，行程开关给出摆杆触料信号。
本实用新型结构简单，检测稳定可靠，且投资少，无辐射。

如图1所示，检测仪由单摆支架1、摆杆2、轴承3、电磁铁4、非接触式行程开关5、电控箱6、磁铁7组成。摆杆2穿过支架1，轴承3套装在摆杆2上，磁铁7装在支架1内的摆杆2上，电磁铁4装在支架1顶端，非接触式行程开关5位于磁铁一侧，电控箱6和电磁铁4和非接触式行程开关5相连。
如图2所示，所述的电控箱电路由信号转换电路，定时电路、功率放大电路，多诣振荡电路，定时电路、隔离电路和消库信号电路组成。
本实用新型的工作原理是：摆杆2在没有触料状态下，靠电磁铁4的吸力自动启动单摆2摆动，并通过电磁铁吸力补偿单摆摩擦消耗的能量维持摆动，以及限制单摆过大的摆动幅度，摆杆摆动到非接触式行程开关5位置时，非接触式行程开关5动作。当物料达到指定位置时，摆杆2接触物料，其停止摆动，行程开关5状态停止变化，电控箱6发出触料信号，停止物料进库。

1.一种电子单摆物料定位检测仪，其特征在于所述检测仪由支架、摆杆、轴承、电磁铁、非接触式行程开关和电控箱组成，摆杆穿过支架，轴承套装在摆杆上，磁铁装在支架内的摆杆上，电磁铁装在支架顶端，非接触式行程开关位于磁铁一侧，电控箱和电磁铁和非接触式行程开关相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的检测仪，其特征在于所述的电控箱电路由信号转换电路、定时电路、功率放大电路、多诣振荡电路、定时电路、隔离电路和消库信号电路组成。
