本实用新型属于一种电感器用的磁芯。
目前,普通电感器用的铁氧体磁芯在制造中都必须直接进行金属化处理,这样会使电感元件的电性能大大下降,影响使用效果。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种使绝缘陶瓷与铁氧体结合制成的磁芯,从而避免材料和元件电性能下降。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由绝缘陶瓷(1),铁氧体(2)组成,绝缘陶瓷(1)上有凹槽(3),凹槽(3)的两端平面为金属焊盘(4),绝缘陶瓷(1)与铁氧体(2)固接在一起。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有制造容易,可大大提高电感器的电性能,并具有较高的Q值等优点。

本实用新型的实施例:将绝缘陶瓷(1)上的凹槽(3)做成U形或H形,在凹槽(3)的两端平面镀上金属焊盘(4),再用胶粘剂将绝缘陶瓷(1)与铁氧体(2)粘牢。

1、一种片式绕线电感器用磁芯,它由绝缘陶瓷(1),铁氧体(2)组成,其特征在于:绝缘陶瓷(1)上有凹槽(3),凹槽(3)的两端平面为金属焊盘(4),绝缘陶瓷(1)与铁氧体(2)固接在一起。
