Abstract

预制保温管道补偿器防腐保温密封装置涉及管道补偿器的保护设备,该装置由位于补偿器、补偿器焊接管、管道预留焊接管、管道外套管外部的波纹外套管、有机保温层、无机保温层和防护套装配构成,利用热熔丝将管道外套管与波纹外套管固连,波纹外套管上设有波纹,本装置结构简单,制造与安装工艺性好,防腐保温密封性能好,使用寿命长,尤其适合埋地高温管道选用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及保温管道补偿器的防腐、保温、密封装置，主要适用于保温管道外套管膨胀、收缩变形补偿。
背景技术
目前，埋地高温保温管道是将预制好的保温管道补偿器设置在接头处，其主要问题是管道密封不好，保温效果差，不能完全防水。为解决上述问题，已有将管道补偿器设置在保温、密封装置之内的技术成果，起到一定效果。但是该装置结构较复杂，仅有机保温层、无机保温层、软质无机保温层及填料等就多达数层，工艺性差，涉及材质多，成本相对较高，而且其结构上无法实现整体同步补偿。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对已有技术存在的问题，设计提供一种预制保温管道补偿器防腐保温密封装置，达到简化产品结构、降低生产成本、提高使用性能、实现整体同步补偿的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，利用热熔丝将波纹外套管与管道外套管套装连接固定，在波纹外套管上设有波纹；防护套套装在波纹外套管的波纹外部，由防护套热熔丝将防护套的一端固定在波纹外套管上；在波纹外套管与管道预留焊接管、补偿器焊接管和补偿器构成的环形空间内配置有机保温层和无机保温层，或者全部是无机保温层，构成预制保温管道补偿器防腐保温密封装置。
本实用新型具有结构简单、制造与安装工艺性好、防腐保温密封效果好、成本低、使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。保温管道补偿器防腐保温密封装置包括管道外套管1、管道预留焊接管8、补偿器焊接管9和补偿器10，利用热熔丝3将波纹外套管2与管道外套管1套装连接固定，在波纹外套管2上设有波纹11；防护套6套装在波纹外套管2的波纹11外部，由防护套热熔丝5将防护套6的一端固定在波纹外套管2上；在波纹外套管2与管道预留焊接管8、补偿器焊接管9和补偿器10构成的环形空间内配置有机保温层4和无机保温层7，或者全部是无机保温层7。
使用时，管道外套管1、管道预留焊接管8、补偿器焊接管9在热胀冷缩作用下，利用热熔丝3拉动波纹外套管2拉伸或压缩，通过波纹11产生变移，不破坏本装置原有的防腐、保温、密封性能，实现整体同步补偿。

  1. 一种预制保温管道补偿器防腐保温密封装置，包括管道外套管(1)、管道预留焊接管(8)、补偿器焊接管(9)和补偿器(10)，其特征在于利用热熔丝(3)将波纹外套管(2)与管道外套管(1)套装连接固定，在波纹外套管(2)上设有波纹(11)；防护套(6)套装在波纹外套管(2)的波纹(11)外部，由防护套热熔丝(5)将防护套(6)的一端固定在波纹外套管(2)上；在波纹外套管(2)与管道预留焊接管(8)、补偿器焊接管(9)和补偿器(10)构成的环形空间内配置有机保温层(4)和无机保温层(7)，或者全部是无机保温层(7)。
