粉末颗粒倾倒控制计量装置
本实用新型一种粉末颗粒计量装置。特别是粉末颗粒倾倒时的控制计量装置。
现有容器倾倒粉末颗粒时，流速、流量不易控制，粉末颗粒流出后，再进行计量，比较麻烦。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种与容器连在一起，能控制粉末颗粒的流速，并能同时进行计量的新型粉末颗粒倾倒控制、计量两用装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：外壳(1)可与容器(4)连接在一起。外壳(1)内有槽轮(2)，槽轮(2)上部与容器(4)内粉末颗粒接触。当槽轮(2)转动时，槽内粉末颗粒随轮一起转动到底部出口处，下落流出。槽轮(2)槽的容积及转数计量粉末颗粒流出的多少。倾倒过程中，通过改变槽轮(2)的转速对粉末颗粒流速、流量进行控制。

下面结合附图说明本实用新型的一个实施例。
附图1中，容器(4)内装放洗衣粉后，使外壳(1)上端与容器(4)开口连接，槽轮(2)在壳体(1)中间，上表面与洗衣粉接触，下表面与出口相通，侧面间隙很小，洗衣粉不能自动流出。当容器(4)呈倒置状态，槽轮(2)上部槽内盛满洗衣粉，转动槽轮(2)洗衣粉随轮一起转动。到达下部时，下落流出。例：每槽容积为2cm3，槽轮(2)上均布有四条槽，则槽轮(2)每转动一周，可取出8cm3的洗衣粉。
本实用新型的特点是：以槽轮(2)的转速控制粉末颗粒倾倒时的流速，以槽轮(2)的转数计量出流出粉末颗粒的多少。且结构简单，使用方便。

1、一种粉末颗粒倾倒控制计量装置，由外壳(1)、槽轮(2)、转动轴(3)组成，其特征在于外壳(1)内是可转动的槽轮(2)，槽轮(2)固定在转动轴(3)上。
2、根据权利要求1所说的粉末颗粒倾倒控制、计量装置，其特征在于槽轮(2)上部与容器(4)内的粉末接触，外壳(1)上部连接盛装粉末的容器(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所说的粉末颗粒倾倒控制计量装置，其特征在于转动轴(3)端部连接一手动摇把(5)或供电动机带动的齿轮。
