本实用新型提供一种三层复合包装膜,适用于金属材料,特别是冷轧板卷的包装。这种三层复合包装膜由外层为防水层1、增强层2和防锈层3共同挤压而成。其抗张强度大于14MPa,横向拉伸率可达450%,纵向拉伸率可达250%,透水率低于0.8g/m2·24h。这种三层复合包装膜厚度为140~160μm,典型厚度为150μm±5%,三层的厚度比为:防水层1∶增强层2∶防锈层3=3.5~4.5∶1.5~2.5∶3.5~4.5。典型值为4∶2∶4。用这种包装膜包装的金属材料外观整齐,防水防锈,效果优良,保证了金属材料产品的表观质量不受损害,且形成产品后,可回收,可降解,有利于环保。

三层复合包装膜
技术领域
本实用新型属于包装材料领域,特别是一种三层复合包装。
背景技术
为了对金属材料进行防水、防锈包装保护,需要有一种防水防锈保护包装膜。目前所采用的复合包装膜有三大类:一类是气相防锈纸,即VCI+PE+纸,另一类是纸塑复合膜,即VCI+织布+纸或VCI+PE+织网+纸,还有一种是防锈膜,即PE(或是PP)+VCI涂覆。这里所说的VCI是气相膜防锈剂,PE是聚乙稀,PP是聚丙稀。
上述材料的共同不足之处是:第一,透水率较高,以PE(聚乙稀)复合纸为例,A级的指标最低透水率15g/m2.24h;第二,这些复合材料不可降解,从而造成环境污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种由防水层、增强层和防锈层共同挤压而成的三层复合包装膜,用于包装金属材料,如冷轧板卷等。
按照本实用新型的三层复合包装材料,外层为防水层,中间层为增强层,内层为防锈层,将三层共同挤压而成,其防水防锈效果很好。
按照本实用新型的三层复合包装材料,其总厚度为140~160μm,三层的厚度比为:防水层∶增强层∶防锈层=3.5~4.5∶1.5~2.5∶3.5~4.5。例如,三层复合包装膜的总厚度为150μm±5%,三层的厚度比为:防水层∶增强层∶防锈层=4∶2∶4=2∶1∶2,即防水层60μm±5%,增强层30μm±5%,防锈层60μm±5%。
按照本实用新型的三层复合包装材料,防水层由LDPE(低密度聚乙稀)基料加防水添加剂塑化共融而构成,增强层由LDPE(低密度聚乙稀)基料加增强添加剂塑化共融而构成,防锈层由LDPE(低密度聚乙稀)基料加防锈添加剂塑化共融而构成。
按照本实用新型的三层复合包装材料,防锈剂采用VCI气相膜防锈剂,增强剂采用LLDPE线性密度聚乙稀,防水剂采用抗氧化剂、增塑剂和环氧脂等。
经测试表明,在常温下,本实用新型的三层复合包装膜的抗张强度大于14Mpa,拉伸率在横向可达450%,纵向可达250%,完全适用于包装金属材料。透水率低于0.8g/m2.24h,远远低于现有包装材料的透水率,防水防锈效果特别好。

如图1所示,本实用新型的三层复合包装膜,其外层为防水层1,中间层为增强层2,内层为防锈层3。此图为这种三层复合包装膜的断面放大示意图。这种三层复合包装膜的实际总厚度为140~160μm,三层的厚度比为:防水层1∶增强层2∶防锈层3=3.5~4.5∶1.5~2.5∶3.5~4.5。
具体实施方式
典型的三层复合包装膜总厚度为150μm±5%,三层的厚度比为:防水层1∶增强层2∶防锈层3=4∶2∶4=2∶1∶2。或者说,三层厚度分别为:防水层1厚60μm±5%,增强层2厚30μm±5%,防锈层3厚60μm±5%。
如图2所示,采用本实用新型的三层复合包装膜包装的冷轧板卷外观整齐美观,防水防锈性能优良,保证了金属材料产品的表观质量不受损害,且形成产品后,可回收,可降解,有利于环保。

Claims (5)

1.一种三层复合包装膜,其特征在于此三层是:外层为防水层(1),中间层为增强层(2),内层为防锈层(3),将该三层共同挤压而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三层复合包装膜,其特征在于其总厚度为140~160μm,三层的厚度比为:防水层(1)∶增强层(2)∶防锈层(3)=3.5~4.5∶1.5~2.5∶3.5~4.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三层复合包装膜,其特征在于其总厚度为150μm±5%,三层的厚度比为:防水层(1)∶增强层(2)∶防锈层(3)=4∶2∶4=2∶1∶2。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的三层复合包装膜,其特征在于防水层(1)由低密度聚乙稀LDPE基料加防水添加剂塑化共融而构成,增强层(2)由线性低密度聚乙稀LLDPE基料加增强添加剂塑化共融而构成,防锈层(3)由低密度聚乙稀LDPE基料加防锈添加剂所塑化共融而构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三层复合包装膜,其特征在于:防锈剂采用VCI气相膜防锈剂,增强剂采用LLDPE线性低密度聚乙稀,防水剂采用抗氧化剂,增塑剂和环氧脂。
