本实用新型全玻璃真空太阳能集热管导流承压式连接器,涉及真空太阳能系统设备技术。它主要由:1.进水管;2.出水管;5.防护罩;6.内衬管;7.内导管;8.密封圈等组成。以现有的太阳能连接器相比,具有密封效果好,能承压,分层导流等特点,既可操作大型导流工程,又可为家庭提供壁挂式太阳能热水管的安装。

Description

全玻璃真空太阳集热管导流承压式连接器
本实用新型全玻璃真空太阳集热管导流承压式连接器,属太阳能集热导流技术,特别涉及太阳能集热循环系统。
目前,现有的太阳集热管连接器,普通采用真空玻璃管直接注入水在真空管中集热,接口全靠密封圈密封。在使用中,密封圈往往直接受冷热水混比的作用,易老化、易产生漏渗水现象。是真空玻璃管破损的漏水以及循环集热时,系统不能承受压力,集热水箱的设置也不能低于集热面,这是现有普通太阳能集热连接器的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是完善并克服现有太阳集热连接器,密封圈易老化,不能承压漏渗水,真空集热管冷热水混比,水箱设备高的缺点,经过大量试验,研制成功的该项系统能分层导流,承压,无渗漏水,集热水箱能设置在低位等优点。完全通用于大面积安装以及家庭壁挂式太阳集热系统的实用新型全玻璃真空太阳集热导流承压式连接器。
本实用新型全玻璃真空太阳集热管承压导流式连接器的特征是:连接器内部由进出水(图1、2)交叉连接的金属导管,将真空玻璃管(图12)套在内衬管外,将水层真空玻璃太阳集热管完全隔离开,由5防护罩和8密封圈作用,循环水分层导流,进水口1经过内导管7沿内衬管6集热。内衬管与内导管都采用金属紫铜管为焊接材料,它具有一定的承压强度(可达国家热水管道检测标准)。本实用新型系统与现有的技术相比具有以下优点:
1、适用于大面积太阳集热导流工程;
2、可以将集热水箱放置于集热面以下任何位置,也可将集热器悬挂于阳台;
3、适合与建筑外观配合作楼顶造型;
4、由于进行了分层导流,提高了集热效果,缩短了集热时间:
5、防止了真空玻璃管破损后的漏渗水;
6、延长了密封圈的使用寿命,不易老化,无渗漏。

本实用新型的实施方法如下:
根据真空玻璃管的尺寸,选用国家标准的金属紫铜管,进行切割、打孔、固定在特制的工装夹具上,防止变形,进行焊接,然后进行试压检测,所以进出水管的尺寸(1.93m为长度)为准,按进出水管上下排列间距为5cm进行发泡保温及外壳处理。发明人已经制造多种规格的全玻璃真空太阳集热管导流承压式连接器,进行过多次测定试验。
其中实施后以25支真空玻璃管为一组,管与管之间距为7.5cm,连接器外壳为:长2000cm、宽180cm、高230cm,进水管使用φ35mm紫铜管,出水管使用φ42mm×1.93m;内衬管使用φ28mm×1.16m,内导管使用φ15mm×0.58m。

Claims (3)

1、一种全玻璃真空太阳能集热管导流承压式连接器,其特征是:内导管与进水管(2)的交叉开口焊接内衬管(7)焊接于进水管(1),一端并穿过出水管(2)之中间使水压不直接作用于玻璃管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全玻璃真空太阳能集热管导流承压式连接器,其特征是进水管(2)与内衬管(7)焊接连为一体,并将另一端焊接封口。
3、根据权利要求1所述的全玻璃真空太阳能集热管导流承压式连接器,其特征是防护罩(5)焊接于出水管(2)之上,要采用接缝处满焊,以保持密封圈(10)与玻璃集热管的密封。
