Abstract

本实用新型是关于一种具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其包括一呈环状的控制芯片、一经适当修正的光盘片本体,以及经编码并重新分配的光盘数据;其中,该控制芯片紧密接设于光盘片的夹持区(clampingarea)上,该控制芯片的设计与目前金融规格的芯片卡具有相同的安全性;因此芯片储存并保护光盘片上的拨放数据,并将原存放于光盘片上的数据重新编码,而使盗版者无法取得完整的拨放数据,进而无法复制出有效的复制光盘。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种光盘片,特别是指一种具有控制芯片的光盘片结构。
背景技术
光盘片是指菲力浦(Philips)公司规范的所有CD/DVD格式,其被广泛用于储存各种数据,如声音(CD-Audio)、视频信号(VCD或DVD-Video)或计算机程序(CD-ROM,DVD-ROM)或一次或多次写入(CD-R或DVD-R或CD-RW或DVD-RW或DVD-RAM)等等。
一般光盘片包括一读取区(Reading Area)及一用来夹持光盘的夹持区(Clamping Area),读取区具有复数轨用以储存各种数据;且该读取区由导入区(Lead-In-Area,简称LIA)、数据区(Data Area)及导出区(Lead-Out-Area)组成;其中,该读取区中的导入区是指光盘片上的第“0轨”,且此导入区由256个错误修复区块组成(Error-Correction-Coding,简称ECC),由于导入区数据极为重要,所以其内容使用多种数据修复技术储存,以避免光盘无法正常读取,该256个ECC的一部份用于记录光盘片的重要信息,如光盘片的版本、光盘片的容量、每一轨的内容,以及数据区域配置(Data-Area-Allocation,简称DAA数据)等,由上可知,如适当修改导入区数据,则光盘将无法正常读取。
因此,当光盘片被置入播放机或刻录器内,读取数据时,该播放机首先须检测该数据区域配置(DAA)数据,而后读取数据轨;然而,本实用新型为了防止光盘片数据被盗版,在光盘片上设置有环状控制芯片,并将DAA中的部分数据存于其中,如此唯有经授权才允许使用或读取芯片上的DAA数据,然后拨放机才可正常拨放。
现今,一般光盘片的防护技术已无法有效防止被盗版,而本实用新型的特殊设计结构,将重要拨放数据加以分离储存,将使盗版者无法取得完整数据,进而无法达到复制的目的。
有鉴于此,设计者积累多年的专业研制,几经试制与实验,终能针对一般光盘片,研制出一种利用控制芯片而达到防拷的新型“具有控制芯片的光盘片结构”。
发明内容
本实用新型的一目的,在于提供一种具有控制芯片的光盘片防拷功能及设计,其主要用以有效防止被盗版的侵害,进而达到保护光盘片内容的功能;即,本实用新型具有一呈环状的控制芯片,该控制芯片设有一晶元本体(die),用以储存数据区的全部内容数据表(Table ofContent,简称TOC)或局部的数据区域配置(DAA)数据;因此,即使光学读取区的全部数据被拷贝,倘若非经授权的拷贝光盘片数据也无法被执行,进而达到数据安全的目的。
本实用新型的另一目的,在于可提供一种具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其中该控制芯片的运算操作系统(CDOS)包括一计算程序,该计算程序的安全等级,与目前世界上金融用途的芯片卡相同,所以此光盘片不仅可作防拷使用,也可如同具备预付卡或计次卡使用,可预设次数允许一个使用者读取或使用光盘片的次数;更进一步,使发行者可通过网络检查该控制芯片的数据,令光盘片具有与智能卡相同的功能,进而发展出其它商业应用模式。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型提供一种具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其包括一呈环状的读取区10、一透明区12及一呈环状的控制芯片14,其中:该读取区10用以储存各式光学数据;该透明区12可为一圆形盘面(如图1及图2所示),也可为一四边形盘面(如图3所示),且该透明区12穿设有一中心孔122,该中心孔122可供啮合于播放机或刻录器的转轴;再者,在该读取区10内缘与该中心孔122周缘之间设有一呈环状的夹持区124,而于该夹持区124上设有一呈同心圆的凹槽126,且该控制芯片14可紧密接设于该夹持区124的凹槽126内。
再请参阅图2及图4,该控制芯片14包括有一外圈142、一可当作地线的内接触圈(内圈)144及一晶元本体(die)146;其中,该外圈142分设有八个呈放射状的接触区,且该等接触区的一个连接于该内接触圈144,因而,此接触区成为一地线交会处;再者,该八个接触区遵照芯片卡标准ISO-7816第三部分规格,且依顺时钟方向排列,如图4所示,其分别为一电源电压(C1,voltage of power,VCC)、一重置(C2,reset,RST)、一系统时钟脉冲(C3,clock,CLK)、一控制信号(C4,control,CTL)、一地线(C5,ground,GND)、一写入电压(C6,voltage power ofprogramming,VPP)、一数据读进/送出(C7,data input/output,I/O)及一保留(C8,reserve for use,RFU),又该晶元本体(die)146紧密固设于其中的一个接触区(即地线C5)上,且以电子方式连接至所有的接触区。
另外,一运算操作系统(Compact-Disc Operation System,简称CDOS)写入该晶元本体(die)146内,用来管制该控制芯片14的运作,且储存于该读取区10上的档案,其内的全部TOC或局部的DAA数据均会被写于该晶元本体(die)146内,如此一对应于该读取区10的所需DAA数据即可被写入该控制芯片14内。
请参阅图4及图5,为了光驱能读取使用者随意放入的光盘片,则在一般播放机或刻录器上设有十个探针20的光盘夹持接头,即,当光盘片被置入播放机或刻录器上时,经由光盘夹持接头上的九个探针适当地接触于该外圈142的接触区(C1到C8)及该内接触圈144上每一区块,并且由第十个探针感应哪一区块为短路,据此确定其地线(C5,GND),如此其它接触区的位置也可同时被确定,待该等接触区(C1到C8)的位置确定后,即激活读取光盘播放数据的功能,然后此时芯片上的运算操作系统(CDOS),将向光驱要求辨识码,甚至要求输入授权码,如授权码正确,则CDOS开始释放出DAA或TOC数据给光驱,并记录光驱序号及其相关信息,一旦授权完成,该等探针20随即离开该控制芯片14,则光驱将可如一般光驱运转。
就上述光盘结构而言,由于目前拷贝技术仅能够拷贝储存于该读取区10上的数据文件,并无法拷贝储存于该控制芯片14上的DAA数据,故,即使所有数据文件被完全拷贝,其盗版的光盘片也将无法被动作,以提供较好的保护效果,再者,也可增加进一步的保护、一加密程序或互锁程序予以写入该运算操作系统(CDOS)上,因此,唯有授权正确或第一次使用的播放设备,才允许读取该控制芯片14的内容。
实际上,该运算操作系统(CDOS)可包括一计算程序,该计算程序的安全等级,与目前世界上金融用途的芯片卡相同,所以此光盘不仅可作防拷使用,也可如同具备预付卡或计次卡使用,可预设次数允许一个使用者读取或使用光盘片的次数;另外,使用者只要支付适当的费用,即可通过网络得到解密函数或授权密码,然后,使用者即可允许使用光盘片上的全部或局部档案:相反,若无密码即不允许进入储存于光盘片上的档案:因此,光盘片上的安全效果将进一步得到改进,甚至,光盘片的使用会变得更多功能及更普遍。
据此,DVD光盘中的区域配置数据(DAA)或VCD及音乐CD光盘中的内容数据表(TOC)中,皆存放有播放数据,如光驱无法取得播放数据,则将无法找到欲拨放的轨道数据,而造成无法播放的结果;因此,将DAA或TOC部分重要数据,存放于控制芯片上,将可防止被一般拷贝技术拷贝,且一侵权的光盘片即使将光盘数据全部拷贝,其数据也无法被执行,并存放于环状控制芯片中的数据,在极高安全性的保护机制中,具有良好的防破解效果,在拷贝者无法取得播放数据的状况下,自然可达到防拷的效果。
综上论述,本实用新型提供的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其为不可多得的新型实用新型产品,极具新颖性及进步性,完全符合新型专利申请要求,故依专利法提出申请。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的可行实施例,非因此即局限本实用新型的专利范围,故举凡运用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所为的等效结构变化,均同理包含于本实用新型权利要求范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,使用于播放机或刻录器上,其特征为:包含:
一读取区,其设有至少一数据文件;
一透明区,其围设于该读取区周缘,且该透明区穿设有一中心孔;
一呈环状的夹持区,设于该中心孔周围与该读取区内缘之间;
一呈环状的控制芯片,紧密并同心地接设于该夹持区上,该控制芯片至少包含一些数据区域配置(DAA)或内容数据表(TOC)数据,且该DAA数据或TOC数据记录该读取区的至少一数据文件的位置;
其中,该控制芯片包括有一外圈,一可当作地线的内圈及一晶元本体(die),该外圈分设有复数个呈放射状的接触区,该等接触区中的一个连接至该内圈;
其中,该晶元本体紧密地接设于该等接触区中的一个,且以电子方式连接于其它的接触区,并至少有一些DAA数据写于该晶元本体上;
其中,该等接触区可适时地接触设置在播放机或光驱器上的复数个探针;该内圈也可适时地接触设置在播放机或刻录器上的另一个探针;
因此,该播放机或刻录器可写入或读取至少一些DAA数据至该晶元本体上,或从该晶元本体上读取DAA数据。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:该夹持区上设有一凹槽,该凹槽可供容置该控制芯片于其内。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:该等接触区遵照ISO-7816第三部分规格,并依顺时钟方向排列为电源电压(VCC)、重置(RST)、系统时钟脉冲(CLK)、控制信号(CTL)、地线(GND)、写入电压(VPP)、数据读进/送出(I/O)及保留(RFU)。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:进一步包括有一写于该晶元本体上的运算作业系统(CDOS),用以操控该控制芯片的运作。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:该运算操作系统的程序包括一关键程序,用以允许授权人编写、改变或修正该控制芯片的内容。
6.如权利要求4所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:该运算操作系统的程序包括一个授权程序,用以允许授权人编写、改变或修正该控制芯片的内容。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有控制芯片的光盘片结构,其特征为:该DAA数据可记录该读取区的所有数据文件的位置。
