本实用新型涉及一种新型结构的管道，准确地说是一种新型复合保温管，属于供热输送管道技术领域。
背景技术：
在现有的供热输送管道中，通常采用石棉、麻布、海绵泡沫作为保温材料，缠绕在金属管道表面，达到保温目的，采用上述结构，没有密封保护层，由于其保温材料有的吸水性强，有的耐腐蚀性差，降低了保温效果，影响了供热输送管道质量。
发明内容：
本实用新型公开一种新型复合保温管，目的旨在克服现有供热输送管道吸水性强、耐腐蚀性差的问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：在钢质的管道本体表面复合有一层球硅和聚氨酯泡沫混合的保温层，保温层的外侧为防腐密封保护层。
所述的球硅为原煤中氧化硅经高温陪烧成的一种颗粒结晶，表面为球型，中空壁薄，热传导和热对流系数低，可有效阻挡热辐射，耐800～1200℃高温保温层的厚度为4～8cm，密封保护层的厚度为0.3～1.0cm。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：管道表面复合有球硅和聚氨酯泡沫保温层，导热系数低，热损失小，抗压强度高，不吸水，耐高温，树脂密封保护层具有密封耐腐蚀防渗漏的特点，防止水分浸渗，提高了管道供热质量。
