本实用新型属于医疗器械，具体涉及蛋卷型弹性支架。
                        背景技术
临床上慢性上颌窦炎积液需切开上颌窦内壁引流时，为了阻止组织增生自行闭合要用支架支撑；器官整型术后，如先天性外耳道闭锁成形术后，外伤等各种原因形成的鼻孔塌陷，鼻孔缩小形变通气不良，先天性阴道闭锁成形术后，都要用支架支撑，而目前医院采用的支架口径固定，互不通用，操作不便。
                        技术内容
本实用新型的目的在于：设计一种蛋卷型弹性支架，支架为非额定口径的开放式，呈蛋卷型卷曲，能自行展开扩大口径，扩大适应范围。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该支架由高弹性不锈钢丝呈M型弯曲或由镍钛记忆合金网状编织成骨架，骨架两面覆医用高分子材料层组成，整体支架呈蛋卷型卷曲的开放式样。
本实用新型放、取方便，不影响器官内的分泌物排出，局部组织修复定型后即可取出支架，经动物和临床试验证明，其操作简单、安全、效果良好，有较大的临床应用价值。

                       具体实施方法
蛋卷型弹性支架由高弹性不锈钢丝呈M型弯曲或由镍钛记忆合金网状编织成骨架1，骨架1的两面覆以医用高分子材料层2，支架呈蛋卷型卷曲的开放式样，能自行展开，扩大口径，三种形态如图1、图2、图3所示。图1为引流支架，主要用于慢性上颌窦炎积液，切开上颌窦内壁引流时，用该支架支撑，可以阻止组织增生自行闭合，也可以用于其它部位开放引流处。图2用于器官整型，如先天性外耳道闭锁成形术后，各种原因如外伤等形成的鼻孔塌陷，鼻孔缩小变形通气不良，先天性阴道闭锁成形术后的内支撑等等。图3支架与图2支架配合使用，图2支架将成形术后的器官支撑扩展到所需的口径后，即更换图3直管型支架以保持额定的口径。
使用时将支架卷曲缩小口径，用血管钳等器械夹紧后置入靶器官，撤去血管钳，支架即自行膨大，用同样方法可反复取出支架清洗后再置入。

1、蛋卷型弹性支架，其特征在于：由高弹性不锈钢丝呈M型弯曲或由镍钛记忆合金网状编织成骨架(1)，骨架(1)的两面覆以医用高分子材料层(2)，支架呈蛋卷型卷曲的开放式样，无额定口径。
