Abstract

本实用新型是在配电柜上,沿水平方向安装有固定排夹,水平铜母线置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,另有活动排夹盖合于该固定排夹上,用螺栓固紧,在配电柜的垂直方向也安装有固定排夹,垂直铜母线同样置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,并用活动排夹盖上,用螺栓固紧;固定排夹与活动排夹为长条形,上有数排相对应的沟槽,沟槽内嵌夹铜母线,这种母线排夹通用性强,不同的母排宽度,采用双拼、三拼…五拼,可达到6000A以上,水平母排与垂直母排的拼接只需要调整固定排夹的方向就能实现5mm(母排厚度)偏差,联接十分方便,排与排之间采用凹槽固定定位,固定排夹与活动排夹采用双头螺栓紧固,抗振动,热性能稳定。

技术领域
一种低压成套设备的组合式母线夹,是低压成套设备的配件,属输、配电技术领域。
                        背景技术
母线夹的主要作用是将母线支撑、间隔、绝缘及承受电气动、热力,目前低压成套开关设备的电气容量均不大,因此,国内华东等地厂家生产的母线夹均能满足性能要求,但是,随着低压成套设备单台容量的不断增加,母线电流越来越大,达6000A以上,现有的排夹已不能满足电气机械性能。
                        发明内容
本实用新型是在配电柜上,沿水平方向安装有固定排夹,水平铜母线置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,另有活动排夹盖合于该固定排夹上,用螺栓固紧,在配电柜的垂直方向也安装有固定排夹,垂直锏母线同样置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,并用活动排夹盖上,用螺栓固紧;固定排夹为长条形,上有数排沟槽,每排沟槽有四个以上凹槽,两端有与配电柜支架固定的螺孔,中段有数个螺孔,活动排夹上有与固定排夹相应数目的沟槽、螺孔以及凹槽,活动排夹盖合于固定排夹上,两者的沟槽相对应,凹槽内夹住铜母线;这种母线排夹通用性强,不同的母排宽度,采用双拼、三拼...五拼,可达到6000A以上,水平母排与垂直母排的拼接只需要调整固定排夹的方向就能实现4-10mm(母排厚度)偏差,联接十分方便,排与排之间采用凹槽固定定位,固定排夹与活动排夹采用双头螺栓紧固,抗振动,稳定。

                      具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2所示,在配电柜的支架1上,沿水平方向安装有固定排夹8,水平铜母线3置于该固定排夹8的沟槽内,另有活动排夹7盖合于该固定排夹8上,用螺栓固紧,在配电柜的垂直方向也安装有固定排夹8,垂直锏母线6同样置于该固定排夹8的沟槽内,并用活动排夹7盖上,用螺栓固紧;请参阅附图3、4、5、6所示,固定排夹为长条形,上有数排沟槽14,每排沟槽有四个以上凹槽13,两端有与配电柜支架固定的螺孔16,中段有数个螺孔15,活动排夹上有与固定排夹相应数目的沟槽9和螺孔11,以及凹槽10,活动排夹盖合于固定排夹上,两者的凹槽相对应,凹槽内夹住铜母线;

Claims (2)

1,一种低压成套设备的组合式母线夹,其特征在于:在配电柜上,沿水平方向安装有固定排夹,水平铜母线置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,另有活动排夹盖合于该固定排夹上,用螺栓固紧,在配电柜的垂直方向也安装有固定排夹,垂直铜母线同样置于该固定排夹的沟槽内,并用活动排夹盖上,用螺栓固紧。
2,按权利要求1所述的低压成套设备的组合式母线夹,其特征在于:固定排夹为长条形,上有数排沟槽,每排沟槽有四个以上凹槽,两端有与配电柜支架固定的螺孔,中段有数个螺孔,活动排夹上有与固定排夹相应数目的沟槽、螺孔以及凹槽,活动排夹盖合于固定排夹上,两者的沟槽相对应,凹槽内夹住铜母线。
