背景技术
电致发光线性器件,又称为电致发光丝线器件,目前电致丝线器件均为单一发光颜色,其实现途径为发光材料或外封透明彩色塑料,这已制约了器件的应用领域的拓展。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种彩色电致发光线性器件以解决上述问题,该类器件发光颜色艳丽,并可产生色彩动态变幻,即可单色显示又可多色组合,该类器件可以大量用于发光显示中。其具体技术方案是:在金属导线1外表有一层介质层6,该介质层外为发光层2,发光层3、发光层4,该发光层分别以螺旋形式交替排列,在每种发光层外有透明导电层8,在透明导电层外缠绕有3根金属保护丝线5,每根金属保护丝线与不同发光层相对应,每根金属保护丝线5外面有一金属层7,在金属保护丝线外面套有透明塑料管10,它们之间充满硅油9。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,该类器件发光颜色艳丽,并可产生色彩动态变幻,即可单色显示又可多色组合,如红、蓝、绿等,该类器件可以大量用于发光显示中。

具体实施方式
在金属导线1外表有一层介质层6,金属导线1应是有良好的导电性,一般为铜线,直径在0.3-2毫米可弯曲的金属线,它表面光滑,无氧化斑痕,介质层6厚度约0.05-0.3毫米,介质层主要原料为二氧化钛、钛酸钡、环氧树脂、氰乙基纤维素,该介质层外为发光层2,发光层3、发光层4,该3种发光层为电致发光材料分别以螺旋形式交替排列,每种材料宽度约为1-1.5厘米,具体发光层2、3、4可分别采用红、蓝、绿三种颜色的电致发光材料,在每种发光层外有透明导电层8,其基本材料为氧化铟、氧化锡,其电阻应在1-2兆,在透明导电层外缠绕有3根金属保护丝线5,每根金属保护丝线与不同发光层相对应,每种发光层对应一根金属保护丝线并与控制电路相接,金属保护丝线是直径为0.1-0.3毫米的铜线,其外表最好有金属层7,可采用银或锡,在金属保护丝线外面套有透明塑料管10,它们之间充满硅油9。

1、一种彩色电致发光线性器件,其特征在于:在金属导线(1)外表有一层介质层(6),该介质层外为发光层(2),发光层(3)、发光层(4),该发光层分别以螺旋形式交替排列,在每种发光层外有透明导电层(8),在透明导电层外缠绕有3根金属保护丝线(5),每根金属保护丝线与不同发光层相对应,在金属保护丝线外面套有透明塑料管(10),它们之间充满硅油(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩色电致发光线性器件,其特征在于:每根金属保护丝线(5)外面有一金属层(7)。
